Gostei da localização apenas.
Tive problemas com o ar condicionado em dois apartamentos. Começou a pingar sobre a cama. Passei 3 noites péssimas. Desconfortáveis.
No café da manhã precisei esperar 10min por talheres que já deveriam estar a disposição desde o início do serviço.

É necessário revisar as válvulas do box (chuveiro) limitando a saída de água quente;
Água acumulando na pia do lavabo;
Limitação do cardápio do serviço de quarto.
Overbooking e Descaso Logístico: Três hóspedes com reservas individuais confirmadas ficaram sem acomodação. Após 5 horas de espera na recepção, foram realocados de forma precária em quartos duplos no Ibis. Devido à falta de solução, um de nossos colaboradores precisou dirigir 3 horas de madrugada até o Rio de Janeiro por absoluta falta de alternativa na cidade.
Insegurança e Falha Estrutural: Em um dos quartos ocupado por uma colaboradora, a porta simplesmente caiu. Além do susto, a situação gerou uma insegurança inaceitável, impedindo-a até de utilizar o banheiro antes de deixar o hotel.
Poluição Sonora: O uso ininterrupto de um gerador com ruído excessivo tornou o descanso impossível para todos os presentes.
Higiene e Serviço de Copa: No café da manhã, a falta de talheres e xícaras obrigava os hóspedes a aguardar a liberação de utensílios usados por outros, colocando em dúvida a rapidez e a qualidade da higienização.

As roupas de cama e toalhas estão extremamente velhas e desgastadas !
