풀장안에 나이드신 남자 직원분은 너무 불친절했어요. 바 테이블에 계시길래 시간 여쭤봤더니 그런걸 왜 묻냐는 식으로 퉁명스럽게 답변하셔서 실수라도 했나 싶었어요..

A dream hotel to visit
Pros:

This hotel was stunning and I would go back again tomorrow if I could.
We took the nature trail around the hotel as well which was definitely worth the walk.
I cannot say a bad word about anything.

위치는 좋았습니다

Cons:

일단! 수영장 수온조절안되면 운영하지마세요
수영장때문에 예약했는데 들어갔다가 바로 나왔습니다
화장실 수압약합니다
온도조절 헬이구요 갑자기 뜨거워지고 차가워지고 ㅠㅠ
샤워기 조절기 고장나서 불편했고 청소도 대충하는지 먼지가 많아요

객실관리가 좋았고 청소해주시는 직원들도 매번 미소로 대해줬음. 야외 온수풀도 물이 깨끗한 편이었음.

Cons:

카페가 문앞이라 싸늘해서 이용하기 어려웠음. 야외풀이 보이는 식당과 낮과 저녁으로 번갈아가면서 운영하면 어떨까싶네요~

아무리 5성급이어도 노후화된 호텔을 관리 안하면 이렇게 된다의 표본

넓은 방, 조용함, 침구 편안함

Cons:

한 때는 잘나갔지만 전형적인 관리 소홀로 3성급 수준 호텔임. 화장실 샤워기, 세면기 수도 너무 더럽고 물떼 장난아님.. 5성급인 이유는 아마도 어매니티 록시땅인가? (그것도 비위생적으로 달려있었지만..) 다신 안갈 것 같음. 돈 아깝다
