Peaceful and lovely stay with daily swimming
Pros:

Hidden Cliff hotel and nature is luxury and peaceful. The room was super lovely, including bathtub and bathrobes and with a nice garden view. And the heated! infinity pool is great both in mornings and with the evening partylights.

Cons:

The only downside is that thr hotel is far from the eastcoast. I mistakenly thought is was a shorter drive which made me miss an evening swim :(. But really, it's lovely to just be at the hotel.

방 카펫이 너무 더러웠고 방안에 커튼에 이상한 벌레가 있어서 프론트에 전화해서 벌래를 제거해달라고 부탁했으나 아무런 응대가 없었습니다. 우리는 누군가가 올거라생각해서 기다렸지만 아무도 오지 않았습니다. 밤새 그 벌레 땜에 편히 잘수없었습니다.

Comfortable stay in beautiful Jeju island
Pros:

The hotel was clean and comfortable, and the rooms were good sizes. The bathroom was well kitted out and nicely decorated. The location is stunning and easy to find with gps. Free parking included as well.

Cons:

The air conditioning wasn’t working in our room so we had to request a fan from reception. This wasn’t ideal and not what we’d expect from a high end hotel. We also were a bit disappointed with the in-house dining options. There are restaurants and cafes in site, but the opening hours were unclear and they weren’t open during our stay.

Increíble hotel con vistas maravillosas hacia la naturaleza
Pros:

La ubicación es hermosa, inserto realmente en la naturaleza de Jeju. Increíbles vistas desde la habitación, la piscina y los restaurantes. Las habitaciones son muy cómodas, con gran espacio. Cuenta con un buen gimnasio, sauna incluso una habitación de juegos para niños. El personal fue realmente amable durante toda la estadía. Sin duda una experiencia maravillosa.

Cons:

Todo excelente, no hay nada que reprochar. Solo una recomendación para los que visitan la Isla, es que si o si deben arrendar auto si quieren disfrutar por completo de su estadía.

I’m glad I got a good value deal. I would have been upset to pay full price.
Pros:

Nice location, and beautiful views from the balcony. It was nice to sleep with the window open and enjoy the night air. And the staff were lovely.

Cons:

It was obviously rated a 5 star a long time ago. There was no concierge service, the rain shower head has not been descaled in a while and therefore didn’t really work as the water was jetting off in all directions. The mention the restaurant was pretty limited.

Robbed.
Cons:

We got robbed at the hotel, they took goods we’ve been carrying for days from our backpacks and the staff kept saying no one entered the room, except the cleaning staff.
They didn’t resolve anything just left us without any explanation. We also saw another guest complaining about the same thing and other stuff.
They also false advertise the Infiniti pool as climatized but they never say until you are there that it’s 30 degrees, so it’s actually cold. All the time we spent there we saw people get in and out between 10-15 mins and run to the hot showers and sauna to get warm.
