Perfect Hotel for Business Stay – Highly Recommended!

I had a wonderful stay at Feathers - A Radha Hotel for 15 days, and the overall experience exceeded my expectations.

The rooms were spacious, clean, and very comfortable, making it an ideal place for an extended stay. The food was consistently delicious, with a wide variety of options and excellent quality throughout my visit.

What truly made my stay exceptional was the outstanding hospitality. The first-floor service team—Rajesh, Arun, and Priyanka—were incredibly courteous, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. Their professionalism and commitment to guest satisfaction made me feel at home.

A special thanks to Riyas, who promptly arranged an internet bandwidth upgrade whenever required, ensuring I could work seamlessly from the hotel without any interruptions. His quick response and support were greatly appreciated.

Overall, I highly recommend Feathers - A Radha Hotel for both business and leisure travelers. Excellent accommodation, great food, and a team that genuinely cares about its guests. I look forward to staying here again!

Unforgettable experience
Pros:

Don’t think too long to choose this Hotel, best in Chennai! People here are amazing, that are taking care of you and providing great service. Main restaurant - excellent. Samim - you’re the best guy! Head Chef - you’re running an amazing kitchen, all dishes you’re people are making are on a top level. I only tried 40/50% courses, but each one was amazing and gave me amazing experience I would like to bring to my country. Talk to the people here, be kind for them and they will have you the best experience you can imagine. I would love to come back here.

We have been to Waterside restaurant many times and my kids want to go here anytime they want to have special food. Nice variety and great service. In our visit this time, Satya took great care of our family with her exceptional customer service mindset.

Everyone at the hotel was simply outstanding.
From the main entrance to the restaurant and guest floors, everyone greets you with a cheerful "Happy Morning" or "Happy Noon"....
It is truly wonderful how you naturally feel uplifted by such greetings.
All the staff members wear warm smiles and seem always prepared to tackle any challenges with their friendly service.
Outside, the humidity makes it quite hot, and it can be quite uncomfortable if you're not accustomed to this type of climate.
However, as soon as you step into the hotel lobby, a sense of tranquility washes over you.
