Betrokkenheid personeel restaurant eb bali kan beter. Is ook hetgeen we met de locatiemanager persoonlijk hebben besproken. Dit begint te irriteren als je hier net als wij langer verblijft.

Location is Perfect , That was our 5th times stay at SOTIS since I luv the hotel service and location

we we check in the bathroom was mess, maybe it was at very last minutes of preparation for New year dinner, next day the front desk was keep texting that 2 water bottle was gone (from 4) while in fact there were only two bottles of water when we went in...

Cons:

the last day of stay, I ordered breakfast from the reception to be prepared earlier next day. however, the reception did not inform the Restorant, although she took note and confirmed. the reception is the most senior woman.

Highly recommend. Would return here if stopping over at Kupang.
Pros:

The spacious comfortable room with amazing sea view and private balcony. The food was delicious and breakfast buffet impressive and tasty. The service was friendly and attentive. The tropical gardens with swimming pools right on the ocean. The al fresco dining. Great value for money.

いいホテルだがまだまだ向上してほしい

ロケーションはよかった

Cons:

ハウスキーピングにランドリーを頼んだが、取りに来てもらうのに2回電話し、洗濯後も催促しないと持ってきてくれなかった。
部屋のコーヒーを飲んだが、翌日補充されてなかった。
プールの清掃は頻繁にしてなさそうだった。(汚なかった)
