Clean room and premises, pool, gym, very good staff, friendly and communicative. We did have ants in the room, although this is a common issue in tropical climates.

The cons1.Hotel looks new and renovated but obvious
leaks around the bath and shower area
appears to be a constant problem unresolved
by Management. The pooling of water from
shower dripping onto the floor is a safety
hazard. Not so happy-looking housekeeping
staff would attend to the leak by placing rolled
towels around the bathtub. We were given a
change of room for second night by a kind
Manager but the same leak happened. The
shower is within the old, high bath-problem
if u have mobility issues.
2.Amenities were poor. 2 coffee sachets, no
No slippers. Not even a second toilet roll for
a 2 -night stay unless asked for.
3.Walls very thin. We were unfortunate to have
inconsiderate neighbors who were heard till
2.00 am.
Overall, it could have been a more pleasant stay but not so. Hadyai has great fresh food markets and such friendly people

The toilet and room is a disappointment as it is smelly.

Perfect stay for our first time in Hatyai.

Room is very big n comfortable. New hotel, walking distance to the centre area, have eateries right below the hotel.

Don’t waste your money. Find another place. Had specifically said no smoking and they gave us a smoking room. Said I didn’t pay so I paid again then two hours later they said I paid. Bathroom smelled and water coming from the walls. I could say more but you get what I’m saying.

Wonderful and comfortable. Very big bed with extra pillows given.

The location is also strategic. Parking is good.

Great hotel in a fun part of Hat Yai. The massage at the sister hotel next door was phenomenal.

There is no separate area for shower and have to climb inside the bath tub. Is quite incovenient for elderly.

Definitely will stay here again next trip.

Hotel is clean and quiet, location is convenient.

Area around not much shops, those whom like quiet stay will like it

Walk a distance from the night market n eating place. Room a bit dim. Will not stay there but will see choose Centara or Lee Garden hotel for f to return.

Hotel is located in the city center, easy to access the local food nearby at night. Room is clean and bed is comfy. Breakfast is okay.

Beds are big, clean room & friendly staff....will stay here if come again

When we check in, The amenities in e room are not replenished.

Very low Water pressure for shower. Although got free WIFI , but the signal very bad and almost can said it useless.

It’s the cleanest hotel in town, convenient location and a lot of eatery places around the property
