A perfect weekend break.
Pros:

A fabulous hotel in an amazing location. The views were amazing, the bedrooms so comfortable (we were in the Living Suite bedrooms), all the staff were so friendly and helpful. Breakfast was outstanding, and e also had a great dinner there one evening too. It was one of the loveliest hotels we have ever stayed in, and such great value. Malcesine is also a lovely small town.

A good but not a great stay
Pros:

Central location in a beautiful town, parking space on site, cleanness of the room, nice view through big windows, good choice for breakfast

Cons:

- the balcony never gets any sunshine, it was I unpleasant to sit there, what a shame :(
- no coffee facilities in a suite despite existing kitchenette (yes, there is a coffee machine in common area but the coffee was not good and sometimes the machine required attention while no one was around)
Overall it didn’t feel like good value for money unfortunately.

Incredible location with panoramic views or lake Lake and excellent value for money. Staff were all lovely

Nicht alles Gold was glänzt
Pros:

Sehr gutes und reichhaltiges Frühstück. Alles frisch, es wurde immer nachgefüllt. Die Lage war auch sehr gut direkt am See. Parkplatz direkt am Hotel.

Cons:

Das Zimmer war zu klein, kein Schrank keine Ablage. Der Kühlschrank war so klein und flach dass nichts anderes reinging als die Getränke vom Hotel. Die Dusche hatte keinen Haltegriff zum festhalten beim Aussteigen und der Hebel zum Wasser öffnen war zu weit von der Dusche entfernt. Bei Nachfrage wieso unser Zimmer nur seitlichen Seeblick hat und auch noch von einer Trennwand die Sicht genommen wurde bekam ich die Antwort alle Zimmer hätten Seeblick. Was für mich etwas arrogant rüberkam. In der Hotelbeschreibung müsste erwähnt werden dass manche Zimmer nur seitlichen Seeblick haben. Deshalb war ich schon enttäuscht denn wenn man auf der Terrasse schief sitzen muss um den See zu sehen ist das für mich nicht ok.

Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und würden wiederkommen !
Pros:

Die Lage ist exzellent, das Frühstück ist außergewöhnlich gut und vielfältig, das Servicepersonal ist sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich.

Cons:

Unser Zimmer war klein, die Sanitärausstattung etwas in die Jahre gekommen.

Maravilloso
Pros:

Una maravilla la ubicación, con vistas al castillo desde el balcón de la terraza. La cama comodísima, la habitación Preciosa con la ducha visible, no le falta ninguna detalle. El trato muy amable del personal, preguntamos por posibilidad de cambio s una habitación con vistas al castillo y nos la cambiaron sin problemas. Sin duda para volver a repetir. Un 10!!
