Amazing experience.
Pros:

Excellent views of lake. Easy walk to town for shopping, dining and ferry.

Pros:

The staff are very friendly. The room is very spacious with perfect lake view. We can see castle from our balcony, with a spritz. I hope we will visit lake Garda soon again and stay at the same place.

Pros:

Die Lage war hervorragend, leider war das Zimmer winzig, ich hatte noch nie ein so kleines Zimmer !!!
Kleiderschrank bestand aus offenen Regalen.
Die Dusche war ebenso winzig, ein kräftigerer Mensch kann sich nicht darin drehen.
Für den Preis hatte ich schon ein größeres Zimmer erwartet. Es gab weder einen Stuhl, nur einen Barhocker noch einen Schreibtisch oder Tisch. Lediglich auf dem Balkon standen 2 Stühle und 1 kleiner runder Tisch, was für den Balkon so ok. war.

Super Hotel in perfekter Lage
Pros:

Die Lage ist perfekt. See vor der Tür und Malcesine fußläufig in 5min erreichbar. Frühstück sehr gut und reichhaltig. Personal immer freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Suite war sehr groß, sehr sauber und perfekt ausgestattet. Tee und Kaffee standen rund um die Uhr kostenfrei zur Verfügung. Parken kein Problem (auch mit einem Kleinbus trotz der Lage machbar).

Cons:

Der Preis ist sportlich. Eben Gardasee.

Schönes Haus, mit perfekter Lage, direkt am See! Ruhig aber dennoch ganz nah an der Stadt.
Pros:

Traumhafte Lage, mit direktem Blick auf den See. Das Appartement war ganz neu, gut ausgestattet mit einer riesigen Terrasse... Tolles Frühstück mit aufmerksamen Service.

Cons:

Wir haben leider den Whirlpool nicht ans laufen bekommen, war aber nicht so schlimm. Haben es drin gemütlich gehabt. Hätten sicherlich nachfragen können......daher kein Punktabzug :-)

Perfect, just perfect.
Pros:

Marco and Matteo created the perfect product - I've stayed for the second time and every aspect of the stay is exceptional - from the quality of facilities, the staff, quality and selection and wines and the PERSONAL TOUCH. I do travel a lot and stay in 5* quite a bit - but this hotel is really remarkable. I am still impressed. And - those guys work very hard to get there, you can tell.

I cannot find anything that would be wrong.

令人印象深刻的现代化酒店
Pros:

1、位置上佳。位于小镇ZTL区域北端的湖边，紧贴着城堡，大部分房间都有湖景和城堡景。步行到镇上和缆车站都非常方便，位置又相对僻静。
2、设施完善。酒店很新，有专门的停车场，报备车牌即可进入ZTL。房间宽敞设施完备，有衣帽间。餐厅大气早餐丰盛，私人草坪漂亮且紧贴着湖边，工作人员也很职业。

Cons:

没有什么不满意的。一定要说的话，价格还是略微偏贵了一些。

Magical experience at this wonderful hotel
Pros:

Our experience was magical. On arrival we were greeted by reception with a smile and a wonderful welcome.
Our room was spotless and very comfortable will a view of the mountains and lake which was breathtaking.
The restaurant was super, breakfast catered for everyone. One of our group was gluten intolerant and we ate each night at the restaurant. Good was delicious and we could all enjoy everything on the menu.
Wines from the local region were excellent but above all, the warm, friendly staff made this holiday. Without exception, everyone was helpful, welcoming and happy. Highly recommend
