Direkt am See und die Burg gleich daneben, perfekte Lage, tolle Aussicht, sehr nettes unf aufmerksames Personal, Zimmer sind auch sehr schön und sauber, Frühstück mit sehr viel Auswahl, für jeden etwas dabei sehr gut!

Супер расположение, все в шаговой доступности, рестораны, магазины, причал, крепость, фуникулер! А виды просто незабываемые!!! Отличный завтрак, очень удобная кровать и чистота, номер был абсолютно новый!

Cons:

Жаль в номере не было чайника, приходилось ходить на первый этаж за водой и кофем! Пульт от TV был совсем элементарный, не было возможности использовать You Tube, Netflix, флэшку

Nous avons passé un magnifique séjour de 5 nuits à l'hôtel Castello Lake Front...l'emplacement au bord du lac est exceptionnel.
Nous avions la suite N°1 qui est situé dans le nouveau bâtiment à côté du château, la vue est superbe et le plus un jacuzzi sur la terrasse.
La suite était très belle, très propre le ménage est impéccable, les serviettes changées tout les jours, et dans le couloir se trouve une machine à glaçon, une machine à café et thé ou nous pouvions nous servir gratuitement. Il y a également un parking qui vous est réservé.
Le petit déjeuner est une merveille, beaucoup de choix et des produits de très bonne qualité ainsi que le restaurant ou nous avons dîner plusieurs fois nous nous sommes régalés, le personnel est aux petits soins, c'est très agréable.
Malcesine est une très belle petite ville au bord du Lac de Garde ou il y a pleins de petites ballades à faire....
En tout cas nous reviendrons et nous recommandons cet hôtel.
Tout était parfait....

location of the hotel, the view from the balcony was amazingly pleasant, quiet and tranquil. Breakfast was included and delicious. waffles were delicious and so was made to order items, which were brought to our tables while we graze on other items. The highlight was the green machine, cut up fresh veggies and fruits constantly present in the tray, making our own smoothie was a plus. It was perfect spot to explore the rest of the town and to walk to the MT.Baldo cable car. no need for the car within the town. Not too touristy like Sirmione. Great boat access to other towns on the lake!

Cons:

nothing that I can think of! All was perfect! Hope they keep up with this!

What a wonderful 3 night stay at Hotel Castello in beautiful Malcesine. The location of the hotel is just perfect. Right beside the lake & a minute walk to the heart of the shops & restaurant area. The breakfast was exceptional. The quality & variety of the food was superb. However, the part of this stay that really stuck with my mom & I was the amazing staff. Everyone that we interacted were so polite, friendly & helped to give such a family vibe to the hotel. Fabulous stay & I highly recommend.

Stunning for our May break
Pros:

This was just what I needed! Beautiful clean, bright, airy hotel with stunning views and attentive staff. We stayed in a junior suite which was spacious, modern and very clean

Cons:

The access into the parking was a bit tricky for a brit driving abroad. The underground garage was easier to get into than the open air parking spaces.
Apart from that, nothing, it was great!

A beautiful lake front hotel…
Pros:

We’ve just returned from a wonderful 5-night stay at Hotel Castello as a family of six adults, and we would highly recommend it.

The hotel is in an amazing lakeside location with beautiful views across the lake. The rooms were spotless, with fresh towels provided daily. We stayed in two double lake-view rooms and one suite — the double rooms were more than sufficient, especially as most of your time is spent out exploring the area.

The breakfast selection had everything you could ask for, with plenty of choice and something to suit everyone. The location is perfect for exploring Malcesine and other towns around Lake Garda, with lots of restaurants, shops and attractions all within walking distance. A trip up the Monte Baldo cable car is an absolute must!

We also felt this was a lovely time of year to visit — warm enough to enjoy everything fully, but without the large crowds, making it much more relaxed and enjoyable to explore.

One thing we didn’t realise when booking was that guests can also use the pool facilities at the neighbouring hotel, which was a really nice added bonus.

We ate in the hotel restaurant twice and were impressed. The menu was extensive, the food was fresh and delicious, and they catered for vegan dietary requirements.

A special shoutout to Toni in the restaurant and bar — he’s a real credit to the hotel. He clearly takes pride in his job and was always so friendly and chatty, making us smile every day.

The only slight gripe for us was that there were no tea and coffee making facilities in the rooms, and the TV was quite limited with only a couple of working channels — but in such a beautiful location, we barely spent any time watching it anyway!

We would happily recommend Hotel Castello to anyone visiting Lake Garda. We only wished we could have stayed longer!
