Das Essen,die Nähe zum Wasser.

Cons:

Hunde (,wenn auch kleine) im Hotel,am Strand und im Wasser.Obwohl es verboten ist geht man mit den Hunden ins Wasser.
Sonnenschirme stehen fast alle schief,Die Schirmhülsen sollten einbetoniert werden,dann wäre das Problem gelöst.

We had a perfect honeymoon stay at Hotel Castello.
Pros:

We loved the ease of staying at hotel Castello. You could have breakfast lunch and dinner here or take a short walk into town. We loved the lake side lounging and the location of the hotel.

Brilliant stay in Malcesine
Pros:

The hotel location is fantastic right by the lake and the town and for us next to the castle where we were attending a wedding. Our view from the balcony looked onto the lake & the castle. Rooms were nice & spotlessly clean as was the hotel. Gold star to all the friendly staff & cleaners who worked very hard. Breakfasts were great such a big choice we were spoilt & such a great view over the lake. Another high point the Pina Colada's as they were full of pineapple & so creamy. We would recommend staying there.

Cons:

It was no issue for us but for some it maybe as the walk up to the town was a short steep hill but no different to walking around Malcesine.

Gesamteindruck sehr gut auch wenn Mängel da waren...würde wieder kommen.

Frühstück ausreichend gut, Kaffee gut; Zimmer mit schöner Aussicht, Lage ist bestmögliche gewesen. Personal sehr freundlich und eigentlich tolles Hotel

Cons:

Sanitär Anlage alt und Toilette roch nach Urin ständig obwohl sauber gemacht wurde...Duschkabine sehr klein, am Wochenende ist ein Lokal in der nähe sehr laut (Musik) so dass man nicht gut einschlafen konnte. Essen in eigenem Restaurant viel zu teuer für die Qualität. Ich würde von dem Fisch abraten da sehr fad und fantasielos zubereitet.

Pros:

Top Mitarbeitende in allen Bereichen.
Sehr gepflegte Aussenanlage.
Restaurant Spitzenklasse.
Alles in allem ein Top Hotel.

Cons:

Etwas wenig Ablagemöglichkeiten im Zimmer. Im Badezimmer sollte es mehr Möglichkeiten zum Aufhängen geben.

Pros:

Loved, loved loved this hotel. The breakfasts were great, the location was amazing and the staff was super helpful and friendly. Our room was amazing as we had a balcony and a terrace
