Pros:

Unser Zimmer war im Keller unten. Die Fenster waren schlecht abgedichtet, so dass es sehr laut war. Für Menschen mit einer Gehbehinderung liegt das Hotel ungünstig (steiler Hang und kein Lift ins Zimmer) der Gastgeber war sehr freundlich und das Zimmer war sauber. Ich hätte mir zwar gewünscht, dass die Handtücher täglich ausgetauscht würden.

Bina eski, ahşap pencereler eski tip kilit ve çalışmıyor.. pencereler kapanmıyor yani. Diğer odalardan gelen çok net ses ve sohbetler sizi rahatsız ediyor. Su ısıtıcı öylesine pas ve kir içindeydiki tam bir hayal kırıklığı oldu.. konum olarak iyi.

Pros:

Unique little apart hotel with good history. Enver,the owner went out of his way to help in every way. The downside of our first floor room was the noise of the occupants above us who seemed th walk around their room until after midnight, until we banged on the ceiling!! Nevertheless, Enver did his upmost to convey our concern to the occupants who were very rude to him the next day. Inspite of that we enjoyed our stay of 5 nights.

Poorly run hostel not a hotel
Pros:

No check in time listed in booking, arrived at 11:30 am, was told room will be ready in half hour, that can leave luggage in reception and walk around neighborhood. Return an hour later, nobody in reception, luggage is unsupervised beside entrance. Eventually non English speaking cleaner comes to reception, I ask about room, she calls manager who says room not ready yet, without the slightest apology, another hour later I get keys to room.

Could not find in-room safe that is listed in amenities, politely ask manager where it is maybe in a cupboard I hadn't checked, response was that previous guests broke the safe and that if I didn't like it I should leave...

Room is below another and reception in a wooden floored building, so a lot of noise from ceiling/floorboards when people are in reception with luggage etc., children in other room. One night someone was literally hammering something 1:30 in the morning, went to reception to ask what was going on, reception unattended.

Room was serviced irregularly. Bathroom is extremely small with sink almost unusable, room condition is adequate but dated with broken furniture, kitchenette facilities were bare-minimum.

Manager is only one that can speak a bit of English, all other staff need to call him to resolve any questions, and his attitude is quite annoyed and arrogant.

Wi-fi was unreliable to the point of not usable.

Air-conditioner is good.

A total disappointment. Never again.
Pros:

I was told the hotel was full when I arrived for the check-in. They took me to another place which didn't look like a hotel and had no reception. The sheets were dirty and tv didn't function. After arguing with several hotel workers I was taken to another room which was slightly better yet still smaller than the room I actually bought. So dissatisfied...

Great value for money and location
Pros:

Emer was lovely and the room was very comfortable and clean. Also great location, easy to get to from airport via unlicensed transport and less than 10 min walk from the blue mosque. Only issues were the speaker broadcasting the call to prayer was right next to the room so very loud and got woken up at dawn every morning. Kitchen could also be stocked better with utensils for those wanting to cook.
