Pros:

- Adresse komplett falsch hingelegt - sowohl auf Expedia als auch auf Google. Wir haben 2(!!!) Stunden das Hotel gesucht. Haben es nur gefunden, weil wir einen Taxifahrer gefunden haben, der das Hotel kannte und uns voraus gefahren ist. Das Geld wurde uns selbstverständlich nicht erstattet. Bei Check-in wurde uns nur sehr unfreundlich mitgeteilt, dass ihnen das Problem mit der Adresse bekannt wäre, aber dass sie da nichts machen könnten...

Richtige Adresse neben diesem Hotel:

Plot 17516 Matlapana, Maun, Botsuana

- Dusche defekt
- Zimmer nur für 2 anstatt 3 Personen gerichtet
- mehrmals Stromausfall
- kein Mülleimer im Zimmer
- Kondome vom Vorgänger in der Schublade
- Frühstück wurde nicht bereit gestellt, weil der Koch „frei“ hatte
- Zimmer sind tagsüber nicht gereinigt worden

Pros:

The address in last minute and location on google maps is different so we were concerned when the taxi driver was taking us in the wrong direction according to google maps but he was correct. I had rung from the airport so was expected. The taxi ride from the airport cost 50 pula but other similar rides cost 15.
