Pros:

ottimo punto vicino al centro di viadana, vicino alla struttura ci sono diversi grandi punti vendita alimentari dove poter acquistare qualsiasi cosa, il parcheggio è comodissimo poicheogni appartamento ha il posto auto riservato davanti la porta di accesso alla stanza.
