Sehr schöne Anlage für Familien mit thailändischer Freundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft.
Pros:

Für uns als Familien mit Kind (5 Jahre) eine sehr schöne Anlage mit tollem Pool und vielen Rutschen. Direkt an der Anlage ist ein schöner Strandabschnitt mit flachabfallendem Meer. Für Eltern mit Kids einfach super. Ein vielfältiges Frühstücksangebot. Das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit.

Cons:

Im Bad hat es stark gerochen, wie wenn es keinen Siphon gibt. Es gab zu wenig Ablageflächen. Unser Zimmer für 3 Personen war eher für zwei Personen ausgelegt.

Personalet løj for os, da vi checkede ind og gav os et værelse der lugtede af mug, selvom de udemærket var klar over, at det stank af mug/skimmelsvamp. Vi kunne næsten ikke trække været og klagede med det samme, men de kunne ikke gøre noget før næste dag, sagde de. De indrømmede over for os, at de godt vidste, at vores værelse lugtede. Det er direkte sundhedsskadeligt, og vi havde vores baby på 11 måneder med og barn med på 5 år. Jeg fatter simpelthen ikke, hvad de bilder sig ind, at tage røven på deres kunder på den måde. Da vi vågnede op næste morgen, var alt vores tøj i en af vores kufferter fuldstændig gennemblødt af vand, der var dryppet fra airconditionanlægget. Jeg tror at mug-lugten skyldes et tilstoppet kondensafløb i airconditionanlægget… der lugtede nemlig kun, når anlægget var tændt, fandt vi ud af. Vi betalte 3200 THB for en overnatning og havde vores værste nat i Thailand på 6 uger fordelt på 13 forskellige hoteller. Kaffen i morgenmadsbuffeten var fuldstændig udrikkelig. Poolen er overfyldt med klor, så vores barn fik udslet og irriterede øjne, der måtte behandles med antibiotika - derfor endte vi med ikke at bruge poolen til sidst. Forfærdeligt hotel der bevidst udlejer værelser, der stinker af mug. Vi kommer aldrig tilbage!

SCAM hotel - Don’t expect your Refund back 100%

SCAM hotel - They would Not provide 100% refund during the Thai Cambodian conflict when our embassy advised us not to travel to Chanthaburi and Koh Chang and our travel insurance is out of coverage due to the boarder war.

I provided that they were failing to refund according to Thai consumer law and wrote a letter. The hotel said it is against policy for the refund during the Thai-Cambodian conflict.

They did not refund any money at all.

Ein kleines Kinderparadies
Pros:

Sehr schönes Zimmer mit (wie reserviert) zwei grossen Twin-Betten. Wir konnten problemlos mit zwei kleine Kinder (beide 5 Jahre alt) problemlos bequem schlafen. Die Wasser-Spielanlage ist groß und in sehr guten Zustand, alles sicher unter die Überwachung von Hotel-Fachkräfte. Dazu einen zwar kleinen aber feinen Strand mit Sand und ohne Steine. Absolut perfekt für Familien mit kleinen Kindern.
