schlecht geschultes Personal!
Trotz gebuchter Halbpension wollte man uns nicht ins Restaurant zum Dinner lassen, erst nach langer Diskussion. Im Zimmer hat es nach Zigarettenrauch gerochen und Aschenbecher waren vorhanden obwohl wir ein Nichtraucherzimmer gebucht und bestätigt hatten. Beim Buffet wurde nicht nachgefüllt!

Pros:

its all amazing , everything was great , they have a great variety in the buffet , the room is wide and clean , the staff are so friendly, AND SPEAK ENGLISH :) Finally I found a hotel with ENGLISH speakers , The only problem I had is that the hotel has No A.C , But anyway Sivas weather is always cold

Gerçekten çok sevdik özellikle temizlik konusunda her şey oldukça iyiydi. Akşam yemeği için alakart menü de mevcut fazla seçenek yoktu ama gerçekten ilgileri temizlik ve olanakları ile beklentimizin üzerindeydi.

Otel genel olarak iyiydi. Ufak tefek problem yaşadık. Ancak otel ekibi çok hızlı biçimde çözdü. Eleştireceğim tek şey, ana yemek çeşidinin az olmasıydı.

Odamızda dus almak için su yoktu. 4 kere aramamıza ramen ilgilenen olmadı diyebilirim. Odaya girdiğimizde havlu ve banyoda şampuan yoktu. Havuzlar pisti. Personel ilgisizdi. Genel olarak memnun kalmadım.
