Cuando nos íbamos revisamos para ver que no se quedara alguna cosa y nos encontramos que abajo de la cama estaba muy sucio incluso habían zapatillas de descanso de otras pasajeros 😔

El Hotel y las personas que nos atendieron fueron extremadamente amables, el lugar es muy bonito y las instalaciones bonitas. La ubicación también era bonita

solo puedo reclamar el hecho que no me preguntaron antes de ir al Hotel si iba en auto. Al llegar tuvimos que ver como lo guardábamos, finalmente escuche que a otro pasajero le ofrecieron llevar e ir a buscar a dejar el auto por un costo adicional, cosa que a mi no me ofrecieron. Luego se demorarón muchísimo en traerlo una vez que lo pedí y no fue agradable ir de un lugar a otro dentro del hotel sin información de cuando llegaba exactamente

The rooms are very clean and the superior ones have a stunning view to the port from your balcony! Staff is very helpful and keen to make your stay there unforgettable!

View from the balcony insanely good . Super helpful staff on front desk - Marco - and in the restaurant. Gorgeous pool and wonderful
Relaxing special place .

Cons:

It was all lovely - I’d say the hotel restaurant has the best view in town but maybe not the best dishes. You can eat very well in Valparaiso outside the hotel. But for one night it’s gorgeous !

Three nights in Valparaiso
Pros:

Just the best hotel during our 6 weeks tour in Peru/Chile.
Everything was just perfect, france m the arrival to the departure. Every staff is welcoming, caring and smiling. Room is spacious and comfortable. Buffet breakfast is simple, focusing on the quality of products. Restaurant offers a terrasse and very good food. A special mention for Marco, the driver of the hotel who took me to Emergency and stayed with me the all time until I went back to the hotel..

Cons:

El primer día el desayuno fue limitado y había que pedirlo a la carta, no era Buffet. Por los dos días me cobraron $30.000 de estacionamiento. Además no pude cenar la primera noche en el hotel porque me dijeron que había un evento. Nada de esto fue informado previamente.

Pros:

Increible el desayuno! Muy buena ubicación. Cerca de todo! Conectado con muchos sitios para ir!
El ambiente de relajo invita a querer quedarse por más tiempo y aprovechar más el hotel! Pero habiendo tanto que hacer afuera, casi no da tiempo de disfrutar las instalaciones! Super recomendable!! Las mejores sábanas ever!!

Hubiese sido genail que el horario de Check-out sea un poco más tarde, incluído en el valor, para poder disfrutar de la piscina de exterior por ejemplo, por un rato más... En mi experiencia, llegando a las 15hrs del primer día, querer salir a la ciudad un buen rato, y luego el check out al día siguiente a las 12:00 se hace muy difícil alcanzar a disfrutar todas las maravillas que además ofrece el hotel
