Hotel neuvádza že wellnes je od 16 rokov ale povedia vám to až na hoteli.
Na izbu vám nedaju vodu na stôl a ani nedopĺňajú vodu do minibaru ak ju minetie za poplatok.
Raňajky veľmi slabý až biedny výber a každy deň len to iste. V reštaurácii jedla podpriemer. Nehodné 4*

Cons:

Spa un po' piccola e solo su prenotazione per 1 ora.
Inoltre nonostante avessi prenotato e aver ricevuto conferma da parte loro, una volta arrivati mi è stato comunicato che non avevano registrato la prenotazione e mi hanno detto che l'unica disponibiltà era allo stesso orario in cui effettuato il check-in il che non è stato molto carino per essere un 4 stelle.
Oltre a ciò nonostante avessi prenotato per l'opzione "pagamento in struttura", mi è stato chiesto un pagamento anticipato il giorno prima attraverso un link.
Ritengo che per il prezzo pagato e il servizio ricevuto non sia stato degno di un 4 stelle.

Excellent break away in this hotel.
Pros:

The staff were helpful and friendly, the space was immaculate and the atmosphere was lovely.

Cons:

The property was perfect and in a quiet location. It is slightly difficult to get to via public transport - we had to get a bus and then walk 20 minutes from the closest stop. This was a bit tricky with large luggage.

Okoliš je izvrstan, sklapa se s prirodom, ima puno divljih pataka, nesto domačih, mirno je. Možete se prošetati, djeca imaju prostora za igru na otvorenom, jedino nemaju igralište. Al to je takav resort.

Cons:

Sve je bilo super, jedan dan je radnik flaksao travu ispred nase sobe u 8 ujutro pa nas je probudio al nije neka zamjerka

Die Lage am See ist traumhaft schön!
Hunde sind willkommen und es gibt viel Garten. Sehr gutes Frühstück.

Cons:

Dass wir ein Zimmer mit Bad für körperlich eingeschränkte Personen bekommen haben, da fühlt man sich nicht wie im Urlaub, eher wie in einer Reha.
Im Bad war es uns zu finster. Kein Licht beim Spiegel.
