AC not working, overheated staff
Pros:

Cons:

HVAC was not working, notified on the day of arrival, my impresion was that the AC would be repaired, however it seemed to be a big project. Staff was desinterested, since the temperature was everywhere 35 degrees

Wow, mega Hotel! Sauber, modern, easy Check in und out, ich liebe es!

Hierher komm ich definitiv wieder. Ich habe soo mega geschlafen wie nirgendwo sonst.

Bitte, können Sie mir unbedingt sagen, wo ich exakt diese!! Matratze kaufen kann?? Ich wollte gar nicht mehr aufstehen! Keine Schmerzen, durchgeschlafen, der absolute Knaller!

Cons:

Dass ich diese Matratze nicht mitnehmen kann :-) oder länger bleiben konnte.....

Pros:

Bei mir im Zimmer war es sehr ruig.
Frühstück habe ich nicht genutzt, sah aber einladend aus.
Die Lage ist in einem Büroviertel, da ist es am Wochenende relativ ruhig.

Cons:

Ich hatte vor der Buchung mehrfach gelesen, dass das Parken im Innenhof kostenlos sei. Bei Ankunft im Hotel habe ich dann aber erfahren, dass die Parkplätze mittlerweile kostenpflichtig sind.
Interessant fand ich, dass es einfacher war mit dem Personal Englisch anstatt Deutsch zu sprechen. :-)

Zimmer war Ok, Lage am Wochenende hat man da Ruhe weil Industriegebiet, Kaffee konnte man umsonst bekommen

Cons:

Badezimmer sehr klein, aber für eine Nacht geht es, wir haten unseren Hund dabei € 15,00 finden wir etwas übertrieben, warum muß ich in meinem Land englisch sprechen müssen "Rezeption u. abends an der Bar" das hat uns auch nicht gefallen, wir haben ohne Frühstück gewählt, pro Person € 18,00 - im nachhinein sind wir ganz froh gewesen weil das Büffet naja
