This was the most gorgeous accomodation of our trip but what made it really special was how wonderful our host Han was. He was so friendly and attentive, helped us with restaurant recommendations & made sure we were comfortable and relaxed our entire stay! We are so grateful for him & we would book this accomodation again! Also has wonderful rooftop area with incredible views.

Quarto excelente em estilo otomano e com a melhor vista para os balões
The staff are exceptional. Han, Ahmed, the whole crew goes over and beyond to make your stay comfortable. I injured my ankles. Staff made sure that I had a good supply of ice. Ahmed even drove me in his car to the airport shuttle so I dont have to make the steep downward trek. Thanks for helping us out.

Our stay at Arif Hotel was truly special. Beyond its excellent location, the hotel offers some of the most beautiful views in the city, especially from its highest terrace, which makes the outdoor spaces absolutely unforgettable.
The breakfast was a wonderful surprise. Everything was of excellent quality, and we particularly appreciated that so much of it was prepared fresh, right when we arrived. However, what truly stood out throughout our stay was the exceptional attention and kindness of the entire staff.
We arranged all of our tours through the hotel, and they made everything incredibly easy and enjoyable. One of the highlights was the hot-air balloon experience with the butterfly balloons, which was absolutely unique and became one of the most memorable moments of our trip.
A huge thank you to the entire team at Arif Hotel for making our stay so special and for adding so many wonderful memories to our trip. We are truly grateful for all the care and attention we received and would happily return!

We absolutely loved our stay! The hotel was beautiful, clean, and very comfortable. The location was great, and the staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful. We felt very well taken care of throughout our stay and would definitely recommend this hotel.

Excelente ubicación con una vista privilegiada , la atención de 10! Siempre atentos a lo que pudiéramos necesitar. Inclusive nos prepararon un desayuno para llevar, porque nuestro check out fue muy temprano, fuera del horario de desayuno.
Very unique location, especially when we stayed in the fairy chimney! We had a good location for hot air balloon viewing, which made our trip even more special. All the staff were very attentive and made our stay even better. Breakfast is also the highlight of the tour with plenty of good local options and great coffee! I’ll definitely be back and share with my friends and family for this lovely hotel!

Great cave room with little balcony and great view.
You are charged to go up the hill to the viewpoint, but if you tell them you are going to the hotel then you can go up for free. We ended up parking at the bottom though as there is very limited space.
WiFi didn't work in our room. Shower was not the best. We had to leave fairly early for a flight so was going to miss breakfast, we didn't ask for it or expect it but the reception guy said he'd do us a takeaway box but then it never materialised.
We had a truly 5 star worthy experience at Arif Hotel, surrounded by the magical fairy chimneys in Kapadokya. The panoramic room was beautiful, spacious, impeccably clean and had all the necessary essentials. The service was excellent, with everyone, especially Han being so attentive, accommodative and professional. He kindly allowed us an unpaid early checkin, was often offering us drinks and helped us plan our days.
The breakfast had at least 5 items made fresh on our arrival (gozleme, omelette, sausages, french toast, a turkish scrambled egg with peppers) as well as a variety of cheese, olives, bread and other items.
We had a truly wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this for anyone looking for a peaceful stay in the heart of Goreme.
