This beautiful cave hotel features an incredible location with stunning views. From the moment I arrived, the atmosphere felt like a warm, welcoming family unit where everyone was exceptionally kind. My room was amazing, boasting a highly comfortable bed and an excellent view. Breakfast each morning was outstanding, offering a wide variety of delicious, freshly prepared hot dishes. I am also very excited to see their upcoming renovations, especially the addition of the new pool!A special shoutout goes to Gokhan, who is truly one of the sweetest, kindest, and most personable hosts I have ever encountered; his genuine friendliness made the stay extra amazing. I loved this place so much and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Cappadocia!

Pros:

Han and his staff were very friendly and welcoming. This is a nice family run cave hotel, and Han could not have looked after us any better. Breakfast was more than what we had anticipated (lots of home cooked good food), traditional Turkish coffee, and tea whenever we wanted. Han booked multiple tours for us, gave us some informative local knowledge, and was always up for a chat.
We had a cave room with a balcony for 4 nights. Mornings were beautiful out on the balcony, with the last day opening our curtains to reveal a hot air balloon staring right back at us.
Located under sunset Point, we had the perfect view from the hotel's Terrace whilst having a cold beer. Rooms refreshed every day, and a short walk.down the hill to the town centre.
Cute kittens that love a pat and are fun to watch play around. Han was there to help with anything we needed. Nice little touches like giving a bowl of freshly picked apricots from the owners tree, and fresh cherries.

Cons:

One small critique would be that when the rooms are refreshed each day, a couple of small waters could be replaced instead of asking for them. The cave room is what we had expected, cute, clean ambience with that cave vibe. It obviously isn't 5 star, but that is not what had expected.
There was cave restoration scaffolding being done on other hotel's in front of Arif which obstructed the view slightly and a little bit of an eyesaw. Of course this is not the hotel's fault, however Han had enquired about its removal and it is to be removed in a week or 2.

A memorable and exceptional stay in a great location with fantastic and friendly service
Pros:

The friendly welcome from Han was exceptional and he looked after us brilliantly throughout our stay, booking a fabulous balloon flight and Turkish bath with pick up and drop off at the hotel. Our cave room was full of character with a beautiful view over Göreme and the stunning landscape. The hotel is located centrally and high up in the town with great viewpoints. They serve a great breakfast with lots of choice including local dishes.

カッパドキアに行くならば、また泊まりたい素敵なホテルです。
Pros:

まずは、スタッフの皆さんがとてもアットホームに迎えてくださったこと。そして、このホテルに住み着く2匹の子猫ちゃんが、いままで見たことないほど可愛らしくて、甘えすぎることもねだるなくちょうど良い距離感で癒されました。ロケーションは少しだけ坂を登りますが、高台の素晴らしい景観を見ればそんなことは、気にならなくなります。早朝にはテラスから美しい気球が上がるのを楽しむこともできました。石をくり抜いた洞窟のお部屋は、とても良い経験ができました。

The Breakfast was Superb the Manager Gokhan takes care of all his guests whether its arranging balloons, transport, you name it he'll find a way The location is Spectacular especially at night when you see the town lit up under the stars, really a sight to see, even if its just once in your life, The hospitality is far superior to Istanbul

Pros:

Une grande chambre exceptionnelle dans le style particulier de Gorëme. Un salon particulier, un coin détente, une terrasse le tout joliment. Fantastique.

Cons:

Quelques remarques sur l'entretien : vasque qui se vide difficilement, cache du jaccuzzi non fixé, pas de tapis sur la terrasse pour s'essuyer les pieds alors qu'il y a pas mal de saletés avec la pierre qui s'effrite, ... Rien pour empêcher de passer un excellent séjour avec une équipe bien attentionnée.

사장님과 저의 남편이 last name 같다고 하면서 더 친근히 다가와주셨어요.(Mr.han) 사장님 포함 직원분들 모두 친절하시고 항상 마주치면 먼저 말도 걸어주시고 어떠냐고 물어봐주셨어요. 조식도 따뜻한 음식 테이블 가득 차려주셨고 체크아웃날 짐도 보관해주셨어요. 객실도 넓고 깔끔했고 무엇보다 객실에서 보는 뷰가 최고였습니다. 다시 간다면 또 방문할거고 아리프 케이프 호텔 덕에 잊지못할 여행이 되었어요. 감사합니다!

Love the hotel, would recommend to anyone, and if we are ever in the area again would stay there again

The location is amazing, you get really good view from the top, and a great place to watch sunset. Walking down to town is easy too. The staff is amazing, very helpful, so friendly, easily help us with all of our needs, tours, early breakfast, etc. The property is very clean, beautiful and modern cave rooms

Home away from home, cave life is good life
