I will definitely be back to this hotel!
Pros:

Everything was perfect. The property is gorgeous and our room was so cool with a great view. The best part is the staff though, led by Han (who has been with the property for 9 year). I was traveling with my friend and it isn’t always easy traveling alone as women but Han and his staff made us feel so safe and in good hands.

Pros:

It is a true cave hotel. The views from the room are wonderful and worth the price for that alone. Panoramic view over Goreme (great sunrise and sunset).
The room was beautiful, comfortable, well-decorated, and cool. The bed and pillow were very comfortable. Great amenities (including a hairdryer suitable for harder-to-style hair). The room was extremely clean.
Breakfast was delicious and varied, with the option of being served on the rooftop.
The staff were very friendly and attentive, always available to provide the best experience. It's possible to book tours and transfers directly at the hotel.
If I return to Goreme, I will definitely stay here again.

Pros:

Gostei de absolutamente tudo. O hotel é lindo e o quarto amplo e extremamente confortável. Tem uma vista lindíssima de Goreme, tanto do terraço quanto do quarto que fiquei.
Funcionários muito gentis, educados, prestativos e queridos. Todos eles.
O café da manhã não poderia ser melhor! Eles deixam tudo à vontade e ainda preparam ovos e panquecas turcas como vc pedir. A panqueca turca deles foi a melhor que comi na Turquia!
Se eu voltar a Goreme com certeza me hospedarei lá de novo.

저희는 한국에서 온 4인 가족인데, 가족 모두가 이곳에서의 숙박에 정말 만족했습니다. 무엇보다 이곳에서 저희를 따뜻하게 맞아주고 세심하게 챙겨주신 Han에게 진심으로 감사하다는 말씀을 꼭 전하고 싶습니다. 여행하는 동안 만난 분들 중에서도 특히 기억에 남을 만큼 친절하고 따뜻한 분이었습니다.

특히 매일 아침 먹었던 조식은 정말 훌륭했습니다. 추가금액 없이 음식 하나하나를 직접 정성스럽게 만들어서 준비해주셨어오. 맛도 정말 좋았고(특히 Menemem), 아침마다 정밀 든든하게 하루를 시작할 수 있었어요.

또한 승마나 열기구 투어처럼 저희가 카파도키아에서 해보고 싶었던 액티비티가 있을 때마다, Han은 어떻게든 저희가 좋은 경험을 할 수 있도록 적극적으로 알아봐 주고 도와주셨습니다.

그리고 이 숙소의 루프탑은 절대 빼놓을 수 없는 장점입니다. 다른 시람들은 입구에서 돈을 지불하면서 올라오는데 저희는 숙소가 전망대 옆이라 멀리 이동하거나 별도의 전망 투어에 돈을 지불하지 않아도, 숙소 옥상에서 카파도키아의 아름다운 풍경과 수많은 열기구가 떠오르는 모습을 바로 감상할 수 있습니다.
언젠가 다시 카파도키아에 오게 된다면 꼭 다시 이곳에 머물고 싶습니다. 🇰🇷❤️🇹🇷

Cudowny hotel z bardzo klimatycznymi pokojami i fantastyczną lokalizacją, tuż obok tarasu widokowego. Śniadania były BARDZO smaczne i wyjątkowo obfite. Obsługa jest po prostu niesamowita! Szczególne podziękowania należą się Hanowi, który uratował nasz wyjazd – gdy jedna z zaplanowanych atrakcji została odwołana, błyskawicznie pomógł nam zorganizować alternatywny plan dnia. Dodatkowo zorganizował dla nas transport na lotnisko, który okazał się znacznie tańszą opcją niż popularne taksówki. Han był niezwykle pomocny i zawsze w doskonałym humorze. Dormire in un camino delle Fate è stata un'esperienza incredibile, avere dalla finestra della stanza la vista di Goreme illuminata è stato unico. Situato a pochi passi dal Sunset Point (anche all'alba è bellisimo) permette di raggiugnerlo senza fatica. Colazione favolosa e abbondante. Lo staff e sopratutto Gokhan è stato eccezionale
