Pros:

Das Hotel ist wunderschön und sehr sauber. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist jedoch recht mager und bietet wenig Auswahl, insbesondere bei Obst. Auch das Servicepersonal in der Gastronomie wirkt ungeschult und unerfahren.

Cons:

Was mir negativ aufgefallen ist: Am Pool wird nicht zwischen Hotelgästen und externen Gästen getrennt. Während Hotelgäste gerne im Bikini am Pool sitzen und den Abend genießen möchten, saßen am Nebentisch Gäste in Abendgarderobe, die nicht zum Hotel gehören. Hier sollte eine klare Trennung erfolgen. In einem Hotel dieser Kategorie sollten solche Mängel nicht vorkommen.

Für eine bessere Kooperation, wie zum Beispiel mit dem Casino Baden-Baden, sollte dringend am Service gearbeitet werden. Dies ist als konstruktive Kritik gemeint.

A fantastic oasis during the heatwave!
Pros:

We booked 3 rooms for 3 nights to escape the oppressive heatwave in Germany. Our priorities were air conditioning, a pool, walk in shower( me) and restaurant. The pool on the 5 th floor had a stunning view of the surrounding area.The hotel was spacious, rooms were comfortable and well equipped, fantastic restaurant with Japanese food. Staff were welcoming and helpful.

Pros:

Personeel, zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam, zeker bij het ontbijt, alleen de bediening s'avonds om op het terras nog iets te drinken was benden niveau - lang wachten, dikwijls moeten teken doen en niet echt vriendelijk (misschien omdat zij ook het restaurant erbij namen en het was 35°C...?
Ontbijt, niets op aan te merken alles rijkelijk aanwezig, bediening top.
Zeer goede bedden, alleen de hoofdkussens zijn zoals op veel plaatsen voor verbetering vatbaar.
Zeer goede airco.
Badkamer perfect.

Cons:

Niet echt iets, misschien de prijs van de parking 35,- maar daar kies je zelf voor.

Außergewöhnlich geschmackvolle und hochwertige Einrichtung. Tolles Erlebnis.
Sushi im Moriki zwar sehr gut - aber nicht so gut wie das Original Kuchi in Berlin.

Cons:

Überdurchschnittlich junges (Party-)Publikum, Drinks am Rooftop-Pool. Macht Spaß, für einen entspannten längeren Aufenthalt aber eher anstrengend.
