Great location but would check and make sure your room is clean
Pros:

The location was perfect for the volleyball tournament we had next door. The staff at breakfast were very friendly. Comfortable beds.

Cons:

When we arrived our room had a smell upon investigation I found food in the garbage can under the sink and dirty dishes in the dish washer from the guest before us. Was told a manager would call us about this upon checkout but never received a phone call.

Christmas travel
Pros:

I stayed one night on December 26th. The suite was so spacious and comfortable! The whole place was decorated for Christmas and felt so welcoming and homey. I loved this place!

We visit West Monroe often so I'm guessing we will return
Pros:

Room size, high ceilings, clean, well appointed, friendly and helpful staff

Cons:

Common areas were always cold. Cold on hot days; Cold on cold days. It would be much more pleasant to eat breakfast when it's not cold. Management should just put thermostat on anormal temperature.
