The hotel had a fly problem. But they had things out to try to control it.
The hotel was clean. The staff was nice and helpful. Breakfast was good.
Our room door didn't lock. We let the staff know. They said maintenance was out of the area and wouldn't be back until later. We asked for a different room if maintenance couldn't fix the lock and they said they were planning to fill up by the end of the night so they couldn't guarantee there would be a room if maintenance was unsuccessful. It turned out that the maintenance guy fixed it within the hour.

This has been a great place to stay. My Pappa is on hospice and this place is nearby. The rooms are always very clean and the staff is great. It definitely provides a peace of mind when we are going through this rough time for our family

A/C worked poorly in the room. It was humid and miserable. Construction was going on in the lobby, as all the tiles were being replaced (couldn’t be helped).

The property is great! The pillows are not comfortable and I forgot mine so I had difficulty sleeping. Everything else was great! Staff is phenomenal!
Not the property, during my stay, a sporting event going on next door. The residents staying in the rooms were load a lot of banging on walls. It was not peaceful.

home2 west Monroe is a wonderful hotel. The hotels currently going through an extensive remodel on the 1st floor. I had sever reservations when I walked into the door and saw the current condition of the lobby but the front desk were so helpful and assured me that everything was fine, and it was. They even got the manager, Keltrick, to come speak with me. He was so kind and polite and really made me feel at home. Kudos to the team at home2 for great customer service during their renovation! And the newly renovated rooms are gorgeous. The renovation did not hinder my stay at all.
This location just renovated. Nice new clean rooms. Employees were nice and welcoming. Grounds were beautifully landscaped. Parking lot well lit.
Would definitely stay here again and would recommend
