Other than the couple of issues noted stay was ok.
Pros:

Breakfast was good and location is fine.

Cons:

No room service at all, had to ask for clean linens.
Room wasn't as clean as expected.
Did not like having to drive through two other locations to get to the hotel. The other two locations are crack motels.

Convenient location for visiting different parts in CSRA; super friendly staff!
Pros:

We stayed around Christmas holidays and there were a lot of families in the hotel. The area is a little run down near the hotel now but the crowd in the hotel was great and the staff really friendly!

Cons:

This place isn't spectacular but still serves as a nice family and business hotel.
