Twice my room key would not open the room door or the outside door. Not a big deal but it was inconvenient
Staff were very pleasant

The receptionist was very kind, attentive, and welcoming. She made check-in easy and was always willing to help with any questions or requests.
Unfortunately, the woman serving breakfast was not very welcoming. She always seemed irritated and gave the impression that guests were bothering her. Customer service and a positive attitude would make a big difference.
Very comfortable, and the room was handicap accessible for my wife.
The bed was squeaky.
It was clean, the breakfast was great, the staff was nice. It was in a great location.

I love the room bed shower breakfast and staff. Not floors I told the person at the dest he said in was the floor cleaner they use .
The room floors were sticky, i took a shower and walk to the bed . I had to o wipe my feet with wet wipes which where dirty after I wipe.

Breakfast was very good. The staff was very nice . The grounds are very well keep and maintained. The Coffee stations were always filled. The headboard in the was clean. My request for a quiet room was honored. It was a very good stay.
The only issue I had was the TV did not swivel enough so that you could comfortably see it from the bed.

The sizes of the room specifically the bathrooms. The pool area is sooo nice too. I’m a little boujie so it definitely met my needs… oh and to be able to make my own waffle for breakfast, I loved that.
