Great place for business trips. Tucked away behind some other hotels, which is nice, but only one entrance/exit that

Room 415 has hot water only. Showers had to be fast to keep from getting overheated in shower.

Recent stay at the Hampton Inn & Suites Augusta GA.
Pros:

I enjoyed the ease of checking into the hotel and finding my room. The room was very clean and comfortable. The hotel staff was very friendly and hospitable! The breakfast food was awesome.

Cons:

The only part that I had a problem with was the physical location of the hotel. It was "hidden" off a little side street with a barely seen sign posted in order to locate it. I feel there needs to be a bigger sign out on the main street.

I’m told I don’t get points because of the way I booked the stay.
Pros:

Location was good. Bed was fine. Telephone didn’t work. Tv wasn’t set up correctly. Coffee maker was broken. Tub grout was molded.

The bed was comfortable. The breakfast wa great.

Cons:

The mini fridge in the cabinet. You had to move it one way to open fridge. Move it back to close it. This was very aggravating. This could make fridge in accessible to someone who has mobility & strength issues. I would have been happier with fridge on the counter.
