Pros:

The location was great, and the hotel was very clean. Also, the man in charge of the parking immediately found us a parking spot, even though it was very busy.

Cons:

We had booked the room well in advance. When we checked in, the girl at reception told us that breakfast was included, and I didn’t think to double-check.

The next morning, we went down for breakfast. The woman asked for our room number and apparently realized that breakfast wasn’t included in our booking. She started complaining loudly and talking to her colleague about how this could have happened, instead of simply coming over to us tactfully and explaining that breakfast wasn’t included and that we could pay for it if we wanted to.

The entire restaurant could hear the conversation. This is not how you treat guests!

За еднодневен престой е много добре. Има всичко необходимо. Банята беше хубава както и всички принадлежности. Има мини хладилник, което беше важно. Беше тихо и спокойно. Нямам забележки

Като единствен минус ще кажа една руса жена от персонала, която правеше коментари относно кучето, с което бяхме, докато бяхме седнали на една маса от ресторанта, докато си чакаме кафето. В ресторанта нямаше никого, беше 11 сутринта, никъде не беше упоменато, че не е позволено да се вкарва там куче.
