Great stay
Pros:

Hotel was beautiful and clean. Housekeeping does a great job. Lady in the breakfast area so friendly and helpful.Comfortable beds. Shower was good. Breakfast was very good. Eggs,sausage,potatoes,biscuit and gravy. The coffee was freshly grounded. No complaints 👌 😌

Hedges weren’t trimmed pool was down continental breakfast was out of everything except potatoes. Lady running it was with her granddaughter ran out of food . People next door coughing all morning left in the early morning hours! No phone in room

We liked that it was nice , clean and comfortable.

Cons:

There was no staff at the check in counter both checking in and checking out. Had to wait a bit to check in. Not a big deal really, was just tired after a l9ng day of traveling.
The toilet ran all night. Was very annoying and hard to sleep.
The phone plug ins next to bed were broke. Room 113.

Everything was great! It did stink that the pool was closed. We were looking for a hotel with a pool so my niece who is three could burn off some energy before bed

It was great.
Pros:

Quiet and great breakfast.

Cons:

The elevators were a pain. Every time I stay there there's a problem with one of the elevators. This time one of the elevators only went to the 4th floor and that was the elevator that opened up. You had to send it up and then call the other. I stay at this Holiday Inn Express 4 times a year. I hope to find two working elevators in the future.
