Exceptional experience and luxury stay
Pros:

Fantastic hotel with accent on details - you can see them in the rooms, lobby and territory it self.
The stuff is doing amazing job, I would like to highlight a hard work of gardeners- they do amazing job and keep everything clean and tidy!
Exceptional breakfast. Good service at the main pool bar.
I felt here very welcomed and relaxed. Good food at the diner in the seafood restaurant

Cons:

As an improvements you can add a bit more options to the pool menu during the lunch - more healthy.
The sea food restaurant may add a bit service to the work. The food is good, but they serve a bit slow and a few times forget to apply our 10% discount.

Has a business resort hotel feel, could be anywhere in the world
Pros:

It was nice to be close to the beach, however I hadn't taken on board that the hotel did not have a beach element. The beach is public and any facilities at the beach are separate from the hotel. The pool is lovely, with floating cushions available that allow you to float and read, which was wonderful.

Cons:

Incredibly overpriced compared to my other experiences in Bali. I 'treated myself' as it was my first visit to Bali - with hindsight I wouldn't have done this as the extra budget spent was not good value for money. It felt even less value for money as I came from 5 nights at a wonderful local resort in Ubud where 5 nights was less than 1 night here. First room I was assigned was on the ground floor on the back of the hotel with a garden 'view' - however the garden is so jungle like that this meant the room had no daylight and felt like a cave. Room also smelt incredibly moldy. I returned to reception and they changed my room to one on the 3rd floor with no problem - this had better light and the moldy smell was only feint (not non-existent sadly - although it improved each day I stayed).

Pros:

The staff are very friendly and helpful and they have made our stay comfortable.

Cons:

The facilities are extremely out dated and the rooms were small becuse of the layout design although the size is considered above average.

An incredibly relaxing time at Indigo. 10/10
Pros:

We absolutely loved our stay at Indigo, and are already talking about returning next year. The resort is big enough to feel like you aren't staying still, and the facilities are second to none. The staff are so kind and wonderful.

Cons:

My only comment is the food at Sugarsand is not up to the standard of Makase (the western menu). Cocktails are Sugarsand are the best though.
