Huge appreciation to the receptionist, who urgently found a room.
Other receptionists also were very helpful.
Regarding the room. The blackout curtains worked perfectly, and the variety of pillows helped ensure a good night's sleep.

Like other hotels in this chain, that one has a 24/7 kiosk stocked with snacks and travel and hygiene essentials, which is very convenient.

Cons:

One thing some guests might miss is a refrigerator in the room, although this was not an issue for me during my short stay.
The bathroom could have been cleaner. In particular, the sealant in the shower would benefit from being refreshed.

Cons:

Неудовлетворительное обслуживание во время завтрака. Оба дня со столов не убиралась использованная посуда и приборы. в 10:00 были увезены продукты, круасаны и т.д. Отсутствовал сейф в номере. К цене был добавлен городской налог, о чем ранее не сообщалось. Длительное поселение на стойке регистрации. Данные по компании на которую нужно было подготовить документы были высланы через Букинг, но их пришлось еще раз заполнять.

Pros:

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt.

Der Check In verlief schnell und problemlos und unser Zimmer, eine Junior Suite, war geräumig, sehr gut ausgestattet und verfügte sogar über eine Badewanne, was für uns ein absoluter Pluspunkt war.

Außerdem war das gesamte Hotelpersonal sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Beim Frühstück wurde ständig neu aufgefüllt und benutztes Geschirr sofort abgeräumt. Auch die Auswahl des Frühstücksbuffets hat uns sehr gut gefallen ( auch glutenfreie Alternativen waren z.B. verfügbar).

Das Auto konnten wir in der hoteleigenen Tiefgarage parken und haben es während unseres gesamten Aufenthalts nicht gebraucht, da das Stadtzentrum und das Rheinufer für uns fußläufig erreichbar war. Für weiter entfernte Ausflugsziele sind gute S-Bahn Verbindungen vorhanden.
Die nächste S-Bahn Station sowie einige gute Restaurants (Italienier, Biergarten) sind ebenfalls fußläufig vom Hotel erreichbar.

Insgesamt hatten wir einen wirklich angenehmen Aufenthalt und würden das Hotel jederzeit erneut buchen.

It wasn't clean. The towels were dirty. The bathroom was quite shabby. There was a building opposite the room from which you couldn't even see the light. It smelled strange. In front of the hotel there was a parking lot that you couldn't use and the car wasn't secured. The staff was quite chaotic.

Ich war insgesamt zufrieden.
Pros:

Freundlichkeit des Personals, Sauberkeit

Cons:

Kissen könnten weicher sein,
Teppichboden ist für Allergiker immer problematisch und er riecht muffig. Ich würde mir eine Umstellung auf Teppich freie Zimmer wünschen. Deshalb übernachte ich manchmal im Leonardo Royal, wenn ich in Düsseldorf bin.
