Was great value for the area and walking distance to beach and restaurants
Property was fine for low budget travellers. Taps needed cleaning...lime or mold was on all taps. Shared kitchen...kettle was not as clean as it could be...thick deposit of lime inside...hot water lasted only 5 minutes when showering.
Friendly staff
Very clean and pleasant garden .
The entire complex is very peaceful and tranquil. The room, whilst sparse is adequate. The location is great… There is a great cafe, restaurant less than 50m, plus a Circle K convenience store with ATM, and a pharmacy and bottle shop within a minute’s walk.
Good value for money homestay.
Very nice people, clean room, near from the beach. Nice stay!
The Blanjong was excellent for what I paid for the room. The place was nice and clean, the staff was friendly and accommodating to my late arrival. The place is a bit noisy due to it's location, but this is of no fault to the establishment. I would stay here next time I visit Bali.
Not all of the rooms are as bright and airy as the one in the photo.
The rooms are smaller than they look and not all of them have that big window. My window is a third that size, and the room is dark. On the other hand, the price is right!
Property was perfect for my solo travels. I spent 5 nights here and will definitely stay again. Good tv and wifi reception. Location quiet and with good service’s nearby.
Lighting in kitchen for cooking appauling and needs immediate addressing to avoid accidents. One extremely low voltage light in area is not good enough especially if at back of person cooking food!! Also struggling to see overall could lead to accidents when washing dishes as cannot see due to no light in area. One Fluro light on that wall near the cooking and washing area is required immediately to avoid litigation case and would light up the whole area and make it safe and workable. Poor lighting can damage peoples eye sight and owners need to take responsibility to ensure not just guests, but staff eyesight and overall well being is addressed for a happy working and client and worker safe, enjoyable and happy all around environment. Peoples good eyesights can be affected with poor lighting and damage sight, possible litigation case could arise.
Less than hand full of english TV channels is not catering to the majority of international guests who are the main clients!!
We stayed in the hotel for 1 night after we landed in Denpasar. The hotel arranged a driver to pick us up from the airport at 1am and were waiting on us when we arrived. The staff was very helpful, they recommended breakfast spots and markets for us to pick up a few things and they responded to emails quickly. The A/C cooled the room quickly, which is more than I can say for some very expensive places we stayed while in Bali. The bathroom was fine, plenty of hot water and clean towels. The bed was comfy, we only stayed 1 night and got about 6 hours of sleep but it was perfect for us. Not sure if anyone was in the room next to us but we did not hear any other guests while there.
Great place to stay for a few days. Nice staff and property.
Lovely staff, good location and very clean. I would recommend this place and definitely stay again. We checked in at about 3am too. Not a problem
It is perfect for anyone who wants a cheap, clean and comfortable room walking distance to the beach, restaurants and shops. Gardenia is a good breakfast spot down the street. We had friends who rented a villa across the street with a pool. We hung out with them and only slept at the homestay. There is no pool and beach is a 15 minute walk. We spent 6 nights there but if we didn't have the villa to use for that amt of time I would have booked a hotel with a pool and other amenities.

At first, I just wanted to search a affordable homestay or hotels for a night stay, before I went to Lombok. I chose this, because this homestay is near Sanur beach and quite near Padang Sei harbour.
I was amazed by the room and service (for a homestay). Eventhough I booked at 9 PM, and arrived at the homestay at 2 AM, they still waiting for us. I absolutely recommend it.
Pros :
The room was neat and cozy.
The bathroom is really great.
We got two cup of coffee (after we ask it) for free.
We ask for a flask of hot water, and they give us, free.
The garden is quite good.
Cons :
Toilettery is minimum, only soaps.
No loundry service (but there is a loundry store nearby)
No spa service.
No breakfast service.
Very good bedding and air conditioner.
Great location, lovely clean room with a comfy bed!
The staff are very friendly and helpful.
ONly stayed two nights, but found the staff to be very friendly and helpful.. The room wasn't flash but was clean and comfortable.
The bass from music playing loudly at the bar immediately across the road was off-putting and I was glad to be in a room far from the street - in a room close to the street it would have been a real issue.
