The hotel is scheduled to conduct an electrical equipment inspection with power outage on the following date.
During the inspection, all electrical equipment in the entire building, including lighting, refrigerators, and air conditioning, will be out of service.
Please also note that you will not be able to contact the hotel between 11:30 and 14:10 on the day of the inspection.

Hotel pequeno mas aconchegante. Funcionários sempre simpáticos. O banheiro era enorme.
O quarto era um pouco pequeno mas funcional.
Ik vond de ligging echt top, dichtbij de shopping streets van Ginza. Ook helemaal niet op de drukke plaatsen dus nog heel rustig, maar de metro is op wandelafstand waardoor je snel naar alle andere wijken in Tokio kan.
Heel proper, verzorgd en alles wat je nodig hebt.

The hotel is in a great location, while the room are small they are big enough. The staff is super nice.
We chose this hotel primarily for its location, and it absolutely delivered! It felt like a central hub for exploring the area, with everything we wanted to see generally within 20–30 minutes. Getting around never felt like a hassle, and there were so many fantastic restaurants nearby that we were spoiled for choice.
But the bathroom deserves its own special mention! We absolutely fell in love with it. The bathtub was huge, and the shower was gorgeous. Out of all the hotels we stayed at during our trip, this one takes the crown for the best bathroom and shower area. It was genuinely perfect and made the room feel that much more luxurious.
The room itself was on the smaller side, with a king bed, a desk, and a wall-mounted TV. However, the space was laid out well enough that we could fit two full-sized suitcases underneath the bed and a folded power wheelchair beside the desk. It was definitely a little tight, but still very manageable, especially compared with some of the other hotel rooms we stayed in during our trip.
Overall, the excellent location, incredible bathroom, and nearby restaurant options made this a great choice for our stay. We were very happy with our decision to book here!

The counter staff was kind and friendly. Room was clean. He suggested signing up as a hotel member to check in an hour earlier at 2pm too.
Overall it's still a very good option at the price you are paying. If you just need a place to sleep.
The room is very tight. There's no space to open a luggage. I only had a bag pack so it was okay. But if you have check in sized luggage this room would be too tight for you.
Unfortunately they do not provide any water bottles.
Great location relative to Shinkansen, Kabuki-za, and Tsukiji Fish Market.
Be prepared for a small space. We travel very light so for us it was fine but if you're traveling with loads of large luggage, this isn't for you.
