Great place, nice area!
Pros:

Nice little hotel, nice lobby and large room! Nice staff and the food was great. Great and safe area, we walked with two kids late in the evening and there was no problems, nice people all around!

We were pleasantly surprised about this gem.
Pros:

The whole facility was exceptionally clean.
The restaurant food was very good.
The bedding & beds were great.
The rooms are big & the shower was powerful & hot!
It was very safe. We had a truck full of bikes, etc. It was untouched when we came out the next day.

Considering the price I paid, I had a pleasant stay in Royal Suites.
Pros:

Room was spacious. I like also that the toilet has a direct access to the outside (not exhaust fan). Within the hotel, they has a nice restaurant and love their pastries.
