I LIKED EVERYTHING and the staff was helpful. BUT, outside the hotel needs to be cleaned up. People must not put trash on the ground. Keep the streets clean in Jeddah. BUT the staff was wonderful, especially the young man who spoke excellent English and was happy to help me. Give him a raise !!!

Cons:

I ALREADY DID THIS REVIEW. THE STREET AND PARKING AREA OF THE HOTEL NEEDS TO BE CLEAN AND NO TRASH FROM MCDONALDS AND OTHER NASTY PLACES. There has to be printed information for tourists about the area.
