Pros:

Loved the ambience of the hotel and it's little extras, like the welcome drink and special chocolates. The continental breakfast was varied and very good quality food. Water was always available and staff extremely attentive, especially the bar tender.

Cons:

There wasn't anything I did not.like.

Appreciated the staff, but will not stay there again.
Pros:

The staff was amazing, very polite and nice.
The hotel was located in a very good spot where everything was a walking direction from.
All the restaurants, sightseeings were very close by.
The other very good thing was, in the reception you could always find cookies, still and sparkling water and fruits.

Cons:

The room we lived in was terribly small, you could hardly walk in there.
Logically you just need a bed to sleep in Europe, but there was no comfort after a long day, you basically get no rest because of the discomfort of the very small room, no iron, no closets.
Maybe that was our room, maybe there are more comfy rooms, but our room was a no no.

מלון מושלם! במרכז העיר דקות מהדאומו ולה סקאלה וכל האטרקציות של העיר אבל ברחוב קטן ושקט. שדרגו אותנו לחדר עם מרפסת מתוקה. ארוחת הבוקר הייתה מגוונת להפתיע כולל ביצים וגבינות וקצת ירקות. צוות ידידותי וחביב ומוכן לעזור. החדר עם עיצוב מקסים ונוח. והתוספת של המרפסת המוקפת בצמחיה ירוקה הייתה נהדרת. בביקור הבא במילאנו נשמח מאוד לחזור לשם. מומלץ בחום רב.

Perfect hotel after a long haul flight. Comfortable, cool, clean and quiet yet within such close proximity to everything

Pros:

Fabulous location, sooooo clean and staff very helpful. Rooms were good size, facilities were excellent

We had a great stay at the hotel. It is highly recommended.
Pros:

The hotel is centrally located, and even the taxi driver who brought us there remarked that we had chosen a very good hotel because of its excellent location, making it easy to explore many places in Milan. The room was comfortable and beautifully prepared for our arrival, with great attention to detail. Complimentary beverages in the minibar were a pleasant bonus. Breakfast was also excellent, with a wide variety of options to choose from. A big thank you to the Marzot family and the entire team for making our stay so enjoyable!

La localisation près du Duomo et quartier calme
Le charme de l'hôtel renové
Les services inclus petit déjeuner, boissons et gâteaux secs à volonté toute la journée, minibar non alcoolisé
Le service aimable du personnel

Cons:

Petit déjeuner avant 7h pas possible et le bag qui nous a été proposé était franchement pas à la hauteur du vrai buffet qui est inclus dans le prix de la chambre (banane, du pain sec suédois, et 2 biscuits😉)
