Important information:

Please note that all guests must change units on Friday, according to the property's guideline.

In case of advance payment, the credit card holder must be a guest and present a photo ID and credit card used to make the reservation upon check-in.

Children need to present their birth certificate. They must be accompanied by an adult and that adult must present their passport and have a notarized power of attorney from one of the parents.

Meals may be taken at another hotel in the chain, without prior notice, due to causes beyond our control.

The cleaning of the units is not being carried out during the stay due to Covid.

Due to Covid, gyms, playrooms and games room are working, but it is necessary to check with the reception the needs to schedule for use (consult reception).
