Extremely clean and quoet
Pros:

Extremely clean and quiet, helpful front desk staff, comfortable beds and a hot breakfast are what I expect in a hotel and they delivered. Great place to stay at a good price.

We found staff to be helpful and friendly. The room was clean and hvac worked well and quiet. Fish cleaning facilities were perfect. Appreciated the freezer!

Disappointing decline in service
Pros:

If you think you'll get a decent breakfast, you may be wrong. This was our 3rd stay here. It was great the first year. It was just ok the second year, mainly because you couldn't count on the hot breakfast. This year we gave up after 5 days trying to get breakfast. Once, not only was there no hot food and very few toast/muffin choices, there weren't any plates or napkins either until we asked. One guy manning breakfast wasn't enough for a full hotel. They also seemed short on cleaning staff as it took asking a second day to have our room refreshed. We only needed it once for the week we were there, but it wasn't cleaned until the next day when we asked again. Hopefully management will improve the quality of their guests' stay.

The kitchen staff deserves a rate.
Pros:

Location and, security of the building and parking were good.

Cons:

Breakfast was horrible. One guy running the whole place while two people at the reception were doing nothing. They could’ve assisted the kitchen staff with refilling plates, napkins, yogurts, orange juice, butter, coffee creams, and breads and wipe the table. But no, they too busy killing time of chitchat and does nothing. I get it, it’s not their line of duty nor part of their job description but they got no customer while the breakfast room were a full house and everything were out.
