No staff in bar area, dirty tables. Breakfast was appalling, out of everything. Frozen orange juice cups. I had to tighten the toilet seat before using, it was ready to fall off...

Not very welcoming. There wasn't the normal run down of what the hotel offers for guests.

Cons:

The bed and the pillows were very uncomfortable. Coffee cup lids didn't fit the coffee cups in the room. When I checked in staff didn't tell me about the breakfast, when or where it is. No information given about where the ice machines are.

Very nice hotel - we stay there every time we’re in Devil’s Lake.
Pros:

Very nice hotel. Very clean and comfortable. Good coffee in the room. Loved the counter space in the bathroom! Don’t see that too often. Surprised to find a treadmill in the room, but for those who use them it would be great.

Cons:

The room door stuck very badly and was very difficult to open. We reported it and hopefully they will fix it soon.

Well Clean and having a bar located in the hotel was nice and also a fish cleaning room was nice with zipper bags and tools to clean fish

Pros:

They tried to keep us together but because we had pet we cannot but loved the friendly check out that staff was awesome & so cheerful, best place we ever stayed at, the room was cleaned and staff didn't touch our things, much appreciated, it felt very welcoming and loved the cleanliness.

Was sad that we couldn't be next room but we understand

It was fine.
Pros:

It was just fair. It wasn’t great but wasn’t bad either.

Cons:

The staff checked me in the morning prior to arriving so when I went to check in they couldn’t find me. They did check the room out to make sure no one else was in the room but it did set a weird tone for the visit. Also you could hear movement in the hallway and the room above sounded as if they were jumping or walking heavy on the floor intol after midnight.

I would not recommend this hotel!

Cons:

Pool and hot tub not working, reason we booked that hotel was so we could relax after a 20 hour drive. The fan in the bathroom sounded like a jet plane was about to take off and the TV didn’t work!
