Met our needs for our short stay, but room itself was disappointing. 👍🏻 for staff and location.
Pros:

Friendly staff, shower pressure good, breakfast on site was good, good location.

Cons:

Our room was very small for the price, aircon was very noisy, sohwer over bath so for us it was a bit difficult to get out of.

Die zentrale Lage. Das gute Preis-Leistungsverhältnis.

Cons:

Die Mitarbeiterin an der Rezeption beim Einchecken war ausgesprochen unfreundlich und genervt.
Der Fernseher funktionierte nicht, dem Bad täte eine Renovierung gut. Das Wasser war nicht wirklich heiß.

Pros:

The property was great! First it’s easy to find the location most specially when using uber for the transportation to get in the property. The receptionist was excellent to communicate, she’s nice to the guests. The room was clean, net, and organised. Everything was good.

Cons:

The things that I didn’t like is Wifi/ internet, I couldn’t connect to wifi as guests, and even I try it to the TV to watch some news or some movie I was failed to connect.

Comfortable, convenient stay in a central location
Pros:

Friendly, professional and helpful staff. Clean, tidy room with a comfortable bed and everything needed for a short stay. Central CBD location close to offices, Roma Street Station and Suncorp. Having Frankie & George just off the lobby made dinner very convenient. Appreciated the refreshed décor, balcony, and the inclusion of a hair dryer and hair straightener in the bathroom.

Cons:

The bathroom layout was a little tight, with a slight step up from the main room to the bathroom and limited door clearance due to the sink placement. Not an issue for a short stay, but something to be aware of for people with mobility or vision issues.
