A great location but not the best facility
Pros:

The location was great, close to public transport and CBD. Breakfast was good

Cons:

The room was claustrophobic and there wasn’t room to move, the cafe was freezing. There were no amenities in the room or hotel.

We had a terrible experience at this hotel. When we checked into our room, it was extremely dirty. There was human feces still left in the toilet, even on the carpet. It was absolutely disgusting and unacceptable.
Although the staff eventually changed my room, We had to argue with them several times before they agreed to do so. This should never happen, especially when guests are checking into what is supposed to be a clean room.
We would not recommend this hotel unless they seriously improve their cleanliness standards and customer service.

The staff were lovely, room was clean, bed was comfortable. TV was the only thing that was normal size and did not work.

The room was advertised with pictures that were not to scale. We had a twin room. It was only a twin as a double bed would not have fit in the room. Disturbingly small.

I enjoyed my stay there as it was close to things I love doing and at the CBD
