Great location, obliging staff when there was an issue. Rooms are very small, but Great Location!
Pros:

room was extremely small for 3 people. We had to move from the first room place in beacuse of the smell, but staff quickly obliged. Another customer had to asked to change rooms as their door didn't lock. Again staff did it quickly. Only 1 elevator was operaing. It is a maze to get to room and hallyway not very wide.

Cons:

LOCATION!!! New room didn't smell and was clean. Friendly staff. cafe right there for breakfast.

it is close to the train when i get of @same with the buss to hospital where i go every 4 to 6 weeks

A place I've returned to on business trips; particularly good if you have a long transit.
Pros:

A very well located hotel that is great for those working or transiting. It offers solid value, and a great location, particularly being within easy walking distance of Roma Street Station.

Cons:

The TV didn't hook up to Youtube

Comfortable and handy.
Pros:

Location for us was really good....walking distance to trains and buses. Room had plenty of room and bed very comfortable.
Close to Queen Street Mall and all those options.

Cons:

Took some time to work out the TV....but that's my lack of techology.

Pros:

Bonjour
L emplacement et le petit déjeuner.

Cons:

L acceuil ,une dame brune avec des faux cils , désagréable et apparemment pas heureuse d etre la.
Les chambres minuscules pour 3 .
Hotel très bruyant entre les chambres.
Je déconseille fortement.

The Korean lady housekeeping staff made my stay so homely! Was like having an “Auntie around the house” fussing over you

A rude receptionist
Pros:

Location.

Cons:

The indian man receptionist. I did check in at late night,he is so busy talking with somebody on his phone,so i thought he was talking to me only to find out that he is wearing earphone on his ear and talking to someone. The other day i ask him what time the restaurant close he answer me yeah but he gave me a rude facial expression.

Bed is keep moving,airconditioned is not cooling well. Room is so dusty,netflix or Youtube in TV at 111 is not working.
