Room was comfortable and clean.
Location was good for what we wanted.
We didn't like the thin walls as to what was going on in the rooms next door.
Good central location
On site parking was very difficult to locate and a small squeeze. Extra cost per day.
3x bed room was small, no view, poor air circulation and noisy air con. Didn't match the photos
Size was 1/3 smaller than advertised
No open air.
Bathroom door hit the towels rack when trying to close. Only 1.5 rolls of toilet paper. Stayed 3nights no clean inbetween.
Located in the main part CBD.
Booked a dual double bed room. The room was tiny. More like a small donga. With no sink or even a toaster.
The bathroom was small. The toilet was pushed up against the shower.
Power point capping came off when trying to unplug a charger.
The room smelt of fecal matter.
Towels had holes in them.
Parking was a nightmare.
Was advised parking was under the hotel was a single lane arrangement that not even a small suv could turn down into. Multiple marks on the walls as proof. We then had to park 3 blocks away in public parking.

> Check out took so long as the receptionist had to ask me again what i got from the mini bar.
> No daily room service, it was the bathrooms alone that was fixed.
Did not have breakfast
Room the size of a postage stamp. You could see where cupboards had been removed. The room was obviously an ex storage room.
Tolle Lage und sehr freundliches Personal!
Das Hotel liegt in einer Top-Lage, direkt im Zentrum. Die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel sind in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber und geräumig. Lediglich die Hellhörigkeit ist ein kleiner Nachteil. Ich empfehle daher, Ohrstöpsel (Oropax) mitzunehmen – damit lässt es sich sehr gut ausgleichen.
Das Personal war ausgesprochen freundlich und zuvorkommend. Ich habe mich sehr wohlgefühlt und würde jederzeit wiederkommen!

Great location. Bed was super comfortable. Great to have a mini fridge.
Had to ask for a top up of toilet roll and tea and milk, but these were quickly supplied when requested.
L'emplacement est excellent, proche d'un centre ville animé et des deux rives. Le personnel est également très accueillant.

The staff were helpful, friendly and efficient. Our room was spacious, clean and comfortable. It was handy to the city and the venues we came to visit. We would stay here again.
