Central location, neat and tidy room.
Pros:

Central location, in walking distance to many attractions. The breakfast was great.

Cons:

The room was very small but adequate for our 1 night stay. The aircon system in the room is huge and very loud, with no remote to adjust it.

Pros:

Great location - close to Central Station and Queen St Mall and River Cats.

Cons:

Bit noisy through the night with policr sirens - but that's what you get for staying right in the city centre.

Good short stay, a few little improvements would make it great.
Pros:

Staff were nice, location was amazing, very central, was able to train to the concert we were attending and walk into the city for shopping and dinner.

Cons:

We didn't like the smell of the room, it was really musty. Access to fresh air via windows would have helped. It may have been damp carpet or something. Disappeared a little with the air conditioning on. Just not particularly pleasant.

Pros:

Location

Cons:

Aircon was old and the room was a really weird shape, like they'd squeezed it in around other normal rooms.

Pros:

The cleanliness

Cons:

The TV didn’t work and no one would come out from the back to help us. I was on the phone waiting for staff to join the call for 45 minutes, which was absolutely disgraceful. On top of that, they tried to charge us $4 for something we didn’t even purchase. Very disappointing service — I will not be coming back.

Ideal place to stay, near the CBD.
Pros:

The hotel suited my needs and the facilities were adequate.
The reception staff were excellent and very attentive.
The restaurant was ok as was the food, however, I feel they were understaffed for the volume of clientele.
Overall a good experience and I would recommend.

Cons:

Restaurant staffing inadequate however the staff were friendly and did their best under the circumstances.
