Comfortable enough but not for the price

Cons:

The price point didn't match the quality of the room. It was near the elevator and it made it difficult to sleep as people were coming in, some rather boisterous. The bed was comfortable enough but the noise was problematic. The shower drain, drained slowly

Rooms were clean and comfortable with good size terrace in rooms that have that facility.

Cons:

None or very limited car parking at reception to check in. No clear signs for Hotel parking and only about 10 parking spots available for all guests. No on street parking available . I woken very early with load construction noise from beside the Hotel which was so load it actually shook our building. It was a problem for most guests because I spoke with several guests in reception and all had the same complaint regarding noise...
