Très bon rapport qualité-prix, hôtel agréable.
Pros:

Tout était agréable, hôtel sécurisé, avec ascenseur, nous avons apprécié la propreté de l'hôtel ainsi que la chambre, le lit confortable, le personnel accueillant. Chambre petite mais suffisante si vous ne faites que sortir la journée. Nous avons été agréablement surpris par cet hôtel, en plein centre de Brisbane et à 10 min de la gare centrale. Très bon rapport qualité-prix.

Cons:

Fenêtres scellées, très déçu par le sèche-linge qui n'est pas du tout entretenu, mais aussi que nous payons pour une heure de séchage pour au final du linge encore humide (parfois encore bien mouillé) et machine à laver non entretenue aussi. La laverie est à 20 min de l'hôtel à pied. Les murs sont en papiers, on entend tout !

Staff need training in customer service. There was a young girl who had the biggest chip on her shoulder and you could tell she didn't want to be there.

Pros:

The hotel was only a short walk from Roma street station.

The room was clea and the staff were friendly.

Cons:

For sone reason Netflix didnt work. The small electric heater did nothing to keep the room warm.

One of the two lifts had a bad smell tonit which needs attention.

economic, but most rooms are not quite big. location is very good. Service not bad. Breakfests is served by a neighbouring cafeteria with fixed sets, tasty but the selections are limited. overall good
