전에 이용했을 때보다 인력이 줄어서 그런지 서비스 제공이 부족하단 느낌이 들었습니다. 주변에 편의점 등이 없어서 불편한 부분이 있었구요 조식은 훌륭하고 하이볼 서비스도 좋은데 사이드 메뉴였던 오징어튀김은 소태만큼 짰어요. 하우스키핑은 깔끔히 해주셔서 좋았습니다

입실하자마자 물티슈로 방을 한번 닦았는데 묻어나는게 없어서 우리집 거실보다 깨끗하구나~ 안심하고 이용할수 있었습니다. 조식 꼭!!!!!드셔야합니다.

인포에 사람이 없어서 무인텔인 줄 알았고, 실제 방을 본 순간 실망감이 엄청 컸어요. 로얄 스위트룸 예약했는데 사진에 올려진 방 사진과 틀려도 너무 틀리네요. 크기 자체가 사진에 반 크기임. ㅎㅎ

It was quiet and cozy, and it was nice to have the sea in front of the hotel. There is a backward live fish center. If you want to eat raw fish, you can go and eat it. There is a terrace bar on the 7th floor of the hotel, and the atmosphere was so good to have a light drink while looking at the sea

Pros:

대로변에 위치하고 있어 좀 시끄러운점이 아쉽지만

전체적인 호텔의 분위기가 약간 노후화 되어 있으며
호텔 체크인 아웃을 키오스크로 셀프로 할 수 있는점은
편리함과 불편함이 공존할 수 있다고 생각함/호텔에 대한 접근성은 강릉 방향으로 편도2차선 도로에서 바로
호텔로 진입할 수 있으나 내비에서는 U턴을 하여
다시 양양 방향으로 500미터쯤 내려가다 우회전하여
굴다리를 통해 접근하도록 안내함/바다 전망은 3층 이상일때 양호함

Great value. Great location clean and great breakf
Pros:

The hotel is great value. Right next to surfy beach. Breakfast was a steak dinner and it was prepared with such thought and detail. Delicious. If you wanted a lighter meal they have Korean breakfast and it was just as good. Staff was thin but everyone was very professional and kind. The key for all of us was that it was very clean.
