Simple, easy comfortable stay in great location!
Pros:

Great location, clean and comfortable bed.

Cons:

Cleaning of the room was hit and miss, they came early around 9am one day and we were still in the room but left shortly after, and were out all day so I left the sign on the door to have the room cleaned but it was not done, then it happened again the next day. I didn’t care about the room but the towels needed to be changed as they don’t dry well in the bathroom with minimal air flow.
On the second afternoon I was able to catch the cleaner and swap out towels which was great!
Not really a problem but it’s a nice hotel so I would have expected a bit more attention to the house keeping.

Absolute thieves. Watch out you don't get scammed like me
Pros:

Nothing! Got to the hotel late at night, slept and left early in the morning. They charged me for minibar! $178 and say I drank the entire contents. Absolute thieves. I never touched the minibar, but they took extra from my credit card. Dodgy as! I demand my money back that you took.

Cons:

Being taken for a ride! Shonky dealings, claiming i took the entire contents of the minibar. Will never stay there again and will NEVER use booking.com again. If this is how they act!

Great location.
Pros:

Spacious and comfy room and bed. Location is nearby many attractions, bus and train station. Friendly and helpful staff. Would certainly stay here again next time I visit Perth. Good value for money.

The location was great, super close to bars and restaurants, cafes, shopping.

Cons:

It would have been nice if there was hotel parking, but it wasn’t too bad I paid $16 to park in the carpark on the street behind the hotel.
