Sehr gut geeignet für einen Kurzaufenthalt in Perth.
Pros:

Die Lage dicht zur Innenstadt und zum Bahnhof ist sehr gut. Das Zimmer war schön, sauber und geräumig. Neues Badezimmer. Trotz der zentralen Lage sehr ruhig.

Cons:

Der Eingangsbereich ist etwas düster und zunächst nicht einladend.

Nice enough but nothing special.
Pros:

The hotel was modern in decor and concierge was friendly. Bedrooms were comfy enough and were suitable for a one night stay but I wouldn’t have wanted to stay longer.

Cons:

The buffet breakfast was exceptionally expensive. The one lady who was serving and taking orders was not loving her job that day and neither was the chef especially when we sent back the cheese and ham croissant because it was stone cold. I’m not a morning person, I get it, but when it’s your job you need to fake it until end of service at least!!

Pleasant stay.
Pros:

Room was great, plenty of space. Comfortable bed.

Cons:

Could have done with a couple of small plates in the bedroom. Fridge was tiny, had to take all of the mini bar stuff out to put my own bits and pieces in.
