Very good rooms and location was excellent to allow walking across of the CBD
Pros:

Room was good size, to allow after hrs working at night , bed comfortable , in room bar and coffee machine was good , breakfast OK , coffee in breakfast was poor including expresso provided with breakfast was poor quality . Recommend breakfast in other locations near hotel

Breakfast - compensate by hotel location as lots of breakfast cafes and restaurants near the hotel

Pros:

Room was big and great for working in as I was on a business trip. Location.

Cons:

Room was not as clean as it should be.
Everything is looking very old and run down. Property photos on the site are certainly not what this property looks like in any way.
It is also still advertised as having a restaurant and bar, however this is not correct. They serve breakfast only, in a very small area and there are NO bar facilities available at all. We went to another hotel around the corner for everything we needed. Not convenient when traveling for work.
