Good place to stay
Pros:

The staff were marvellous, walked & without asking we were given a glass of cold water. A first for me & l have travelled a lot.

Cons:

Breakfast was a bit ordinary.

Pros:

Comfortable large bedroom

Cons:

Breakfast area was small and hot water machine was not working. Had to ask for pastries. Items were slow to be replenished.

It was an okay stay in a good location with friendly staff.
Pros:

The air conditioner in the room I was given was not working. When staff at reception reset the temperature at their main board, it still did not work. When I let them know this, they immediately provided me with another room.

Cons:

All hotels I have stayed at provide body lotions, this one did not. When my bed was made up, the fitted sheet had not been stretched out. They only pulled the doona up.

A good place to sleep with very comfortable rooms in a good location
Pros:

Room was good although the outlook wasn’t great. The location is excellent very close to the edge of the CBD

Cons:

Apart from a small breakfast area, the lobby area is soulless. There was no bar or any other communal space
