Rooms are not soundproofed as advertised and I could hardly sleep with lots of outside noise. I waited to check out after the second night even though I have booked for ten nights. The worst thing is the breakfast which is very basic and same thing every day, no change. I stayed there for ten night and it was always slices of bread and boiled eggs. I asked if I could have an omelette one day but I was told it will be extra charge. I eventually stopped going for the same bread and ate out instead. It's the worse hotel breakfast I have ever seen. I will never visit or recommend this hotel. The only good thing was one receptionist who was very friendly as I had to go downstairs for tea bags and dry milk everyday since it was never delivered into the room as expected and you get two of each a day. There is no mini bar as advertised.

It was a prefect hotel!

It great, they give me a parking neer the hotel, the open area for Breakfast was amazing, the shower box in the bathroom is small.

the hotel is tired but fine, staff are helpful, location is remote, pickup shuttle only available from ADA airport, not SAM Airport be aware when booking flights, get phone sim & data as you have to have address & maps of where you are going, In hotel area very little english - google translator is needed

The hotel is outdated and overpriced. The service was average. I was unable to get a comfortable feel. Everything needs to be updated.

I stayed at this otel only 5days and ı was with my friends. Hotel’s room cleaning was very great and whenever i contact with recepcion they were very friendly and they helped us so much. We also liked the breakfast, it was simple but there were so many kind of things. I can recommend everyone.

i was visiting istanbul for an expo. it was a bit crowded time and the agency offered this one available. i am very satisfied with all the services. the breakfast menu and views from the restaurant is really good. frankly speaking better than i expected.

Hotel was at one point a 5 star hotel. However, it is in need of refurbishment. Many of the extras are closed due to COVID concerns. As it stands it is an okay 3 star hotel.

The room I booked smelled of cigarette but it was masked by air freshener when I arrived. I complained the next day and instead of giving me the same type room they downgraded me.

The rooms have seen a lot of use and it shows. The linens and bed were fine and overall cleanliness were great otherwise.

Mini fridge and tea/coffee making kit are supplied in each room. Breakfast was adequate with some variety.

Hotel is located near to a square with shopping and cafés and easy access to the nearby mall.

Overall, stay was okay but don't expect a 5 star hotel.

It wasn’t good the Was so small and the air-conditioning is not working right and I called them they said we’ll figure it out but they don’t and it’s in the middle of the busiest the street it’s so hard to get there in your car

The lady with glasses and the other lady whom helped me get my money ,i did forget a lot of money in my jacket which i gave to ahmed to press as i got early meeting it was late the dry cleaning at the hotel was closed he went out on the street shops imagine how many shops in istanbul but with the help of a guy called Noor and Ahmed i got it safe and all refused to take anything but aftef forcebly the took i willlll alwats be back

Hotel is good but local area no good.

Clean hotel- heart of Esenyaurt area, walking distance to all local shops and restaurants right outside the hotel. Breakfast Buffett was good on top floor of hotel with great views and an outside sitting area!
