Bra läge i gamla stan. Ingen störande trafik.
Posizione supercentrale e camera incredibilmente silenziosa. Terrazza deliziosa sui tetti di Valencia. Ottimo ristorante subito sotto l'hotel.
Localização ótima
Posizione top
Stanza troppo piccola
The location was the only real positive aspect of our stay. The hotel is very centrally located, and most of Valencia’s main attractions, restaurants and shops are within easy walking distance.
Unfortunately, almost everything else about our stay was disappointing. When we arrived, we found a clump of someone else’s hair in the shower and more hair on one of the bathrobes, which immediately raised concerns about the cleanliness of the room.
Even worse, during the night we saw cockroaches coming out of the floor drains in the bathroom. This was extremely unpleasant and made it very difficult to feel comfortable in the room.
We specifically booked a room with a spa bath, but the spa function did not work at all during our stay. The Wi-Fi was also practically unusable for all three days.
Another major issue is the limited reception hours. Reception closes at around 4 PM, so when problems occurred later in the day, it was extremely difficult to reach anyone or get assistance. With several issues in the room, this was particularly frustrating.
Overall, we paid approximately €500 for three nights, and considering the cleanliness issues, cockroaches, non-functioning spa bath, unusable Wi-Fi and very limited access to reception, the stay was absolutely not worth the price. We ended up spending as little time as possible at the hotel and mainly returned just to sleep. Unfortunately, I would not stay here again.
Posizione centralissima, perfetta !
Camera abbastanza pulita
Bella la vista laterale dal balcone.
Buono il kit di bagnoschiuma etc…
Colazione alla carta molto limitata, appena entrati in stanza c’era un odore sgradevole.
