Great location not far from main beach but far enough to be a bit not as busy and it's own beautiful beach.
Clean and comfortable
I stayed here with 2 colleagues and 17 students from the university I teach at. We had a phenomenal stay! The rooms were clean, I appreciated the big bathroom, and the staff went above and beyond what I would expect from hotel staff on more than one occasion. One of my favorite interactions with one of the staff was walking past him in the morning. When I said good morning to him in English, he proceeded to teach me a relevant Thai phrase in a very friendly and patient manner. The resort is right on the beach, there were multiple restaurants, a smoothie stand and 7-11 within walking distance. Our group loved the fire dancers that go to several of the restaurants on the beach. Traveling with such a large group, I especially appreciated that the restaurant accepted a credit card. If I am in Thailand again, I will definitely be staying here again.

Near the beach
Location, needed to be a mountain goat.
I traveled with a group of 20 as part of a short-term study abroad program. it was a great accommodation for a large group. The staff was really friendly and helpful both before our arrival and during our stay. There were many, many things they did that made our stay better such as showing us to our rooms, helping get luggage up the stairs and helping us get to a medical clinic when needed. I especially appreciated the spacious bathroom. It would have been fine with out it and was a nice touch.
My favorite part of this resort was that it was right on the beach!
The restaurant was great - a variety of choices with better than expected prices considering we were at a beach resort. It was delicious food - maybe the best Margerita Pizza I've ever had! Our group really enjoyed the fire dancers who go along the beach to different hotels each night.
There was nothhing about this resort I did not like. If I ever travel to Koh Samet again, this will be my number one choice for accommodations. The only thing that could have made my stay go from great to perfect would be a shuttle from the hotel to the ferry pier.
