The best place to be!
Pros:

Wonderful! The staff especially are amazing, so service minded, kind, welcoming and easy going. The hotel bar/restaurant by the beach is the best place to be in the whole area, I went to several different places but ended up going back to our hotel every time - Great food, a playground with slides and swings for the kids and good dining/lounge areas right by the sea. We’ll be coming back :)

We are hoping to relax in the room having a nice view of the wonderful ocean landscape. This was clearly not there. The

Pros:

Шикарный номер с обалденной ванной комнатой с видом на джунгли. Хоть и расположен отель на горке и + подъем до своего номера (у нас был 3 этаж), нам никак не испортило это отдых. Отдыхали с 7 летним ребенком, спокойно все ходили через красивые зеленые насаждения, а так же очень красивый водопад во внутреннем дворике с рыбками. Все было просто замечательно! Завтраки хорошие сытные. Пляж отличный! Очень вкусные смузи в кафе на пляже. Приятный персонал! Обязательно еще вернемся!

Avatars Disappointed Us.
Pros:

The hotel is in an excellent location right on a beautiful beach and either a walk down the beach( tides permitting) or a short taxi ride to restaurants and bars.

Cons:

The reception staff were very unfriendly and did not make us feel welcome either on arrival or at checkout. They did not smile on our arrival or offer the normal welcome we have come to take for granted from Thai staff in the many other hotels where we have stayed. On departure they were again abrupt and did not say they hoped we had enjoyed our stay or any similar things.

Breakfast was supposed to finish at 10.00. When we arrived at 09.20 much of the food was finished. When asked to bring more the attitude of the staff was unfriendly and resentful.

The hotel offers only hard and uncomfortable upright chairs at the beach....no sun beds. We had to hire sunbeds from the restaurant next door.

There was a lot of sand on the floor in our room which inevitable got into our bed as it stuck to our feet.

We did speak to the manager about the unfriendly attitude of the staff but doubt that anything will change. It is a great pity that these problems arose as the hotel, although in need of some cosmetic improvements, has enormous wasted potential.
