Posizione eccezionale, bello il patio esterno ma poco utilizzato, personale disponibile e gentile. Buona la pulizia.

Cons:

La colazione è veramente scarsa, ci sono pochissime opzioni per le intolleranze alimentari e la celiachia e zero per vegani. Appena arrivate in camera abbiamo riscontrato diverse problematiche nel bagno comunque risolte il giorno seguente. I letti non sono stabili e appoggiandosi al cuscino per leggere il letto avanza e la schiena cade indietro. Il WiFi non è stabile e la tv prende male e pochi canali si vedono, il set di cortesia manca ci sono solo le ciabattine basic. I saponi in dotazione in bagno non sono monouso.

Good location. Good access to rooms with working lift to transport luggage.
Pros:

Good location. Room a good size with bathroom. Reception staff were lovely.

Cons:

There is a lovely courtyard but guests are unable to purchase a drink to sit in it and enjoy the weather. The breakfast was disappointing.

Beautiful old building in great location
Pros:

Beautiful old building in a great location! It was very hot weather and we had an issue with our air conditioner the first night, but after notifying reception the problem was fixed immediately which we really appreciated. Nice breakfast in the courtyard, and it was great we could leave our luggage there for the day after check out while we looked around.

Cons:

The fridge in the room was old and didn't work most of the time (seemed to randomly switch on and off), and pillows need an upgrade!

Alojamiento céntrico y confortable
Pros:

El alojamiento está situado en una muy céntrica, pero la calle es silenciosa. Está cerca de todas partes.
No es un alojamiento muy lujoso, personal es confortable y el personal es muy amable.
Si vuelvo a Venecia, me alojaría otra vez aquí.

Pros:

A reggeli bőséges és finom volt. Tetszett a terasz ahol reggeliztünk valamint az első emeleten levő terasz nagyon szépen, igényesen lett kialakítva. Nagyon örültünk, hogy bejelentkezés előtt valamint kijelentkezés után több órán keresztül biztosítottak helyet a bőröndök tárolására.

Cons:

Vastag vízkőréteg volt a csapon és a tükör nagyon ferdén volt felrakva.

Excelente localização. Bom custo benefício.
Pros:

A localização realmente é excelente. Perto de duas paradas do Vaporetto, com muitos bares e restaurantes próximos, contudo, em uma região calma e silenciosa. O quarto era pequeno, mas isso foi conforme oferecido no momento da reseva. A equipe é realmente muito prestativa, todos foram simpáticos e dispostos a ajudar com tudo o que precisasse. Café da manhã completo, mas simples. Ovos cozidos, pães, manteiga, sucos. Máquina de café muito boa. Pátio interno muito agradável. Tem o que vc precisa. Considerando os preços de Veneza, um bom custo benefício.

Cons:

A conservação do prédio deixou um pouco a desejar. No corredor, tinha parte do piso soltando, alguns detalhes também no quarto. Naturalmente que é um edifício antigo, mas a conservação poderia melhorar.
