It's very cute, great location and bigger rooms than I thought. Staff is great and knowledgeable about the area. It's close to main roads, but we slept well. Rooms have good walls, we were not disturbed all night.
Nothing. Would stay there again. Good deal for the money.
Very clean, comfortable and the lady at front desk very welcoming and available.
Mexican restaurant across the street very good-walked there and found excellent food and service after a long day traveling.
La rapidité et la disponibilité de notre check-in malgré l'heure très tardive, les informations données sur les restaurants et les commerces, le calme de l' hôtel
La salle de bain est un peu vétusté
Charming motel. Very well maintained.
It was excellent for the price.
We had a nice big room. Very friendly staff. A nice place to stay
Nothing
The room was older but very clean and the bed was comfortable. For the price it worked out just fine. We stayed for 1 night and then headed to Mesa Verde National Park the next day. Good water pressure in the shower.
They only provide 2 towels and 1 wash clothes and 1 tiny shampoo/conditioner combo. But we asked and the receptionist gave us a few more. The door handle was falling down a bit and it was pretty loud at night (I could hear all the big rigs) but I turned the a/c fan on all night and that helped.
Comfortable
No pool or breakfast
Convenient
Just a bit aged. Key had a difficult time working
Beautiful, well-kept property. Comfortable, clean room😊
Pool was closed
They change the towels every night and take the trash the staff was awesome
Clean, comfortable and reasonably priced
The room was clean and comfortable. The mattress was medium firm, not too hard, not too soft, and the pillows weren't ridiculously overstuffed like some hotel pillows. The front desk staff were always friendly and helpful. It was a good location for exploring the Four Corners region and reasonably priced.
The WiFi was spotty (along with TV reception). I think that had more to do with the location than the motel. If staying connected is a high priority on your trip, Monticello might not be the best place to stay, because even our cellphone data connection was unreliable there. It's just kind of a remote location. There are a couple of tasty restaurants in town, but not many cheap choices, so that's another thing to be aware of if travelling with kids who might prefer fast food. Not a critique of the motel as much as a heads up about the location in general.
