Nice staff nice location
Pros:

Full kitchen - with a full-size refrigerator and the location

Cons:

Would have liked a pool in a cleaner bathroom and a bigger bed in the bedroom. It said it was a queen, but really felt like a double.

Great location but the facility needs serious maintenance and upkeep.
Pros:

Bed was comfortable.... Location was convenient

Cons:

Wifi not very good. Windows had no screens so couldn't open them for fresh air. Windows didn't close completely and at least one had the lock broken off so anyone could have entered the ground floor apartment. Adirondack chairs in front looked out over an ugly parking lot.

The best place to stay at Lake Placid!
Pros:

We love this place. Perfect location, lovely place and great staff. Always coming back here.

Cons:

There is nothing to not like about this place! The only thing I wish there was a separate recycling bin we could collect our cans and bottles but that might be a NY state thing not having separate recycling bins.

Great little getaway
Pros:

Private bedrooms and bath. Location was good and close to town. Very clean and well organized.

Cons:

Coffee pot and packets of provided coffee....weak coffee. Headed into town to the Coffee Bar and view of the lake instead. Only way to lock the front door from the inside was by key and deadbolt.

Extended Stay
Pros:

Love the staff, They were great!! Location was perfect. Just out of village. We extended our stay when we needed to stay longer, without looking elsewhere.

Cons:

Our apt was nice, they do need to fix closet doors. We oiled all the door hinges because they squeaked. We bought cooking spray. Also, I thought we would get maid service at least every so many days.

Lake Plaid two bedroom apartment
Pros:

The two bedroom apartment was well furnished and having a full kitchen useful

Cons:

We received no arrival instructions and had to phone for advice, we had to drive to the main hotel to get keys

Highly recommend this property!
Pros:

We stayed in a Deluxe Apartment and upon entering the unit, we were pleasantly surprised. Overall appearance was clean, spacious, and comfortable.

Cons:

The cold weather and it snowed during our May 2026 visit! Burr!
