Excelente pelo custo benefício, me hospedaria novamente.
Pros:

A localização é maravilhosa. Fica há pouquíssimos minutos a pé da orla, muito tranquilo. Perto de mercados, farmácias e restaurantes também. Com um pouco mais de disposição dá pra ir à pé até o mercado central também, eu fui. A limpeza também nota 10. Precisei de um ferro de passar roupas e fui prontamente atendida!

Cons:

Senti realmente falta de um microondas ou um forninho pra fazer uma comida prática. E os travesseiros muito altos e duros, ruins pra dormir.

Hospedagem organizada e excelente localização, com pontos a melhorar

Minha experiência no Residencial Santa Lucia foi positiva. O local é bem organizado, limpo e possui excelente localização, com fácil acesso à Praia de Iracema, ficando realmente muito próximo da praia.

Cons:

Como pontos de melhoria, acredito que poderiam disponibilizar alguns utensílios básicos de cozinha, como sanduicheira e tábua para corte de alimentos. O sinal do Wi-Fi também apresentou instabilidade durante a estadia.

Além disso, senti falta de maior flexibilidade em relação à televisão, já que a única TV fica fixa na sala, não sendo possível utilizá-la no quarto. Apesar desses detalhes, a hospedagem atendeu bem às expectativas no geral.

Lugar super limpo e local calmo. A moça que nos recepcionou foi super atenciosa e solícita. O apto é super confortável e perto de supermercados, loteria, restaurantes, farmácia e sobretudo da praia. Da pra ir a pé pra tudo. Super indico e pretendo voltar!😉😉
