Pros:

Buena ubicación. Buen Buffet de desayuno con personal del comedor atento y agradable. Buena climatización de la habitación. Piscina correcta para refrescarse.

Cons:

Solo dan una llave por habitación, lo que se hace difícil al ser habitaciones triple, no respetando descanso al no tener independencia para entrar. Molestos al no pagar las tasas turísticas con cash. No reponen utensilios de baño a diario (bastoncillos, vasos…)

Bad Experience
Pros:

Just returned from 4 nights at The Building. We had a triple superior room with balcony, room was nice but a bit tired looking, nice balcony but no lights working on it so couldn’t sit out at night . Breakfast was just ok had a lot better in lower star hotels. Found staff rude and unfriendly. We had our grandchildren with us and apart from the pool which was extremely cold so only used once , there was nothing else catered for children! Would not recommend especially for the money they charge . Lots of other nice hotels in Rome .

Pros:

Only reason it got one star is I can’t give none. Rooms dated air con poor but listening to other guests who had 28 degree rooms I think we were lucky. Staff at reception and management are probably amongst the worst I have ever came across rude doesn’t even begin to describe them, arrogant and abusive probably does, watching how they dealt with customers ( some with young children in rooms that weren’t fit for purpose) was shocking. To summarise this isn’t a four star hotel (maybe 2 at a push) and if you have any issues don’t expect any assistance from the staff. My advice book somewhere else.

Kühlschrank und Klimaanlage hat nicht richtig gekühlt.
Leider konnte ich das WM Spiel nicht im TV sehen. Das der Sender nicht drauf gewesen ist.

Cons:

Na zařízení hotelu bylo vidět známky opotřebování a že je už starší. Hotel jsem vybrala hlavně kvůli bazénu který měl tak studenou vodu že jsem do něj nakonec ani nevešla. Výhled do okolí je na velkou zeď a nebo na parkoviště. Prostředí recepce vypadá jako na studentské ubytovně a na první dojem jsme se lekli kam jsme to vlastně přišli.

Fijn hotel.
Pros:

Locatie was goed. 10 minuten wandelen van metro. Zwembad was ideaal om af te koelen in de zomermaanden. Kamers wat te donker naar mijn zin en weinig opbergruimte voor onze kleren. Ontbijt was heel goed, zeker voor Italiaanse normen. Veel keuze.

Pros:

La localización del hotel es bastante céntrica, cerca de Termini pero no en la zona "mala".
La piscina y la zona de la terraza son pequeñitas pero está bien para refrescarse después de día de calor. El desayuno es aceptable.

Cons:

La habitación para 4 personas con 2 plantas era muy pequeña, apenas había sitio para moverse ni para dejar las cosas. El baño solo tenía una repisa enana para dejar un neceser como mucho. La iluminación era muy pobre y por lo menos, dos enchufes no funcionaban. Tampoco la televisión de abajo. Lo peor de todo es que el aire acondicionado no llegaba a la parte de arriba y nos levantábamos a 29º todos los días.
Te insisten "amablemente" que pagues la tasa turística en efectivo, cuando no hay ninguna obligación. Nosotros la pagamos con tarjeta y sin problema.
