El personal fue bastante resolutivo y amable.

Cons:

El primer día me dieron una habitación con dos camas juntas cuando yo había solicitado cama de matrimonio, la habitación no funcionaba la calefacción y hacia frío y tenía una fuga eléctrica en una luz y durante toda la noche estuvo parpadeando (no era la de emergencia).
Al día siguiente me queje y me cambiaron la habitación, una bastante mejor con cama de matrimonio pero con calefacción al máximo, sin poder desactivarla. Las almohadas son super incómodas, muy finas.
Además el hotel tiene muy mala ubicación, muy lejos de todo, la calidad no corresponde a un hotel de 4 estrellas. Caro para la mala calidad de las habitaciones.

Never come here again
Cons:

The rooms smelt and very small. Also maybe the worst breakfast I’ve had. There was no lighting in the room, it was dark and dull.
