The hotel was superb. The location and surroundings were beautiful and peaceful. Our room was spacious, well-equipped and furnished and the air-conditioning was very efficient and foolproof. The staff were all polite, cheerful and helpful - special thanks to Bruno and Ines. The pool area with its large and plentiful cabanas was so restful and tranquil and the pool itself was lovely. Breakfast was excellent and plentiful with everything you could wish for. The shuttle bus service was an excellent facility to make going out for a meal in the evening very easy.
The only thing I can think of that could have improved our stay was a complimentary box of tissues in our room!

Vi havde mug lugt på vores værelse (14) og derfor var vi ikke på værelset mere end nødvendigt vi sagde det til 2 forskellige men der blev ikke gjort noget vi fik ingen tilbagemelding eller noget . Der mangler lidt rengøring/oprydning v poolen og sider og bund i poolen trænger til vedligehold.

Lovely hotel in spacious grounds with a gorgeous pool area with plenty of sun beds. Evening dinner was lovely on the terrace with reasonable prices for both food and drinks. The staff could not have been more helpful.
There was water in the room on arrival but this was not replenished daily which they should do as you cannot drink the local water. Whilst you could buy water from the mini bar in the room, at this accommodation price it should have been included. We had to request replacement coffer pods for the room machine as on two occasions they were not replenished. Whilst the location is stunning you really need a car as the location is quite remote and the walk into Soller Port is along quite a busy road.

Greater variety (and change of dinner menue) would be good. But food was good overall.

Strange feeding arrangements. Fantastic breakfast, no lunch offering and fairly limited evening menu. No evening offering Thursday and Friday. Picnic lunch box offering would complete the offering
Idyllic setting in citrus grove, surrounded by mountains , really genuine old finca, very informal, staff couldn’t do enough to oblige, super breakfast .

Our stay at Ca N'Aí was absolutely unforgettable and the perfect place to spend part of our honeymoon. From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by how beautiful, peaceful, and romantic the entire finca was. The property feels like a hidden paradise surrounded by stunning mountain views, orange groves, and the most relaxing atmosphere imaginable.
Our room was fantastic. Spacious, spotless, beautifully designed, and incredibly comfortable. Every detail felt thoughtful and luxurious while still preserving the authentic charm of Mallorca. Waking up there every morning felt like something out of a movie.
What truly made the experience special was the service. Every staff member was warm, attentive, and genuinely cared about making our honeymoon memorable. The hospitality was impeccable from start to finish.
The breakfast each morning was amazing, the pool and grounds were breathtaking, and the entire finca had such a peaceful energy that made it hard to leave. It was the perfect blend of luxury, tranquility, and authenticity.
This was easily one of the most beautiful and relaxing places we’ve ever stayed. A true 10/10 experience and somewhere we’ll always remember as part of our honeymoon in Mallorca. We already can’t wait to come back someday.

Endroit exceptionnel à l'écart de la ville de Soller mais avec un arrêt du tram sur la propriété permettant de se rendre à Soller ou son port. Hôtel en agritourisme haut de gamme, charmant, superbe, vieilles pierres, jardin paysagé au milieu des plantations d'agrumes. Chambres immenses bien équipées 4 ***, personnel très agréable aux petits soins et très pro, une piscine magnifique improbable bordée de palmiers avec service sur place en été . Si vous aimez l'authenticité, la nature, les oiseaux, une tortue, les grenouilles, le charme du luxe à la campagne, le calme et votre confort, alors arrêtez-vous là. Petit-déjeuner exceptionnel de produits frais et de la finca, copieux et varié
Rien. Il faut chercher pour trouver. La piscine non chauffée en mai. Je m'y suis baigné, mais un peu fraiche .. Les lits autour de la piscine pour se sécher au soleil une merveille. N'oubliez pas d'acheter les confitures de la ferme en partant…
