Lovely and quiet retreat.
Pros:

Very friendly staff. The room was spacious and very quiet. The bed was comfortable and parking was very convenient. We enjoyed the breakfast and dinner was also very good.

Lovely Hotel
Pros:

Lovely hotel. Spent 2 nights in the Kennedy Suite which was big and airy with lovely decor. The bathroom was a bit disappointing as it was basic a bit of a let down considering the bedroom was lovely. States there is a jacuzzi in the bathroom but there isn't. The bathroom has a jet bath and a separate shower.

Breakfast was delicious but the one night we ate in hotel, unfortunately the carbonara was awful.

Some lovely pubs up the town. I'd recommend the old stand which is a 2 minute walk from the hotel or if your young and like a bit of night life then I'd highly recommend James Griffins which is a 20 minute walk.

Superb
Pros:

Our experience in this hotel from start to finish was just amazing. The staff were so lovely and helpful. We went away for our Anniversary and we got upgraded to a Suite which was beautiful and such a lovely surprise. We watched the Ireland rugby game in the bar and they had a Draw... your name was written down for a prize of a €100 one for all gift card when you bought a pint of guinness during the game and I was delighted when it was my name that was picked. We had lunch, dinner and breakfast in the hotel and the food was top class. So I'd like to thank the Castle Arch Hotel for a very enjoyable stay.
