Decent close to the ocean.
Pros:

Clean, decent property, looks like some furnishings upgraded while others not. Heated pool was warm

Cons:

Some furnishings were not upgraded, scratched up a lot and needed paint at least to be in comparison to the ones they did update. The bed headboards looked like they were very old and a cat got ahold of them while the floors and 2 chairs had been replaced. The staff! While the woman seemed very nice, I was extremely annoyed by her. The heated pool, while warm, needed fixed and cleaned up around it. It is off season but my kids wanted to swim even though it was a colder night out. They are teenagers (13) so for a minute I let them two go ahead while I blew up a mattress. I was going out there as soon as I was finished. The woman came and knocked on the door to tell us we had to have someone over 16 out there with them so I immediately sent my daughter who is 16. I went out as soon as I was done 5 mins later. The woman comes walking down the hall looking outside to see if someone is there not even 5 mins after she just told us! She could see me through the door but proceeds down the hall out the door to say she was just making sure someone was out there. I get she’s just doing her job but u saw me and u had just told us. It was the fact of how she stated it too, in a snarky way. Maybe they need a camera out there instead of the staff lurking at ppl.

Pros:

I love that we can walk anyplace we want to enjoy. Within block of beach. Affordable. Heated pool

Good Place, Exceptional Staff
Pros:

Staff was exceptionally helpful. Location was good. Right on the main street, not on the beach, but an easy walk away.

Cons:

Some parts of the facility looked and felt a little tired.

Cost wise and location was good but would not go back
Pros:

It was fine but no elevator and we were on second floor

No elevator and no water pressure
Also beds are extremely hard
