Important information:

HOTEL POLICIES:
Lost or unreturned keycard will be charged: VND200,000/key.
Local strong smell fruits (durian, jackfruit…) and pets are not allowed.
NO smoking is prohibited area/nonsmoking rooms, violation will be fined at VND5,000,000.
Soiled lines due to feces or unremovable dirt/stain will be applied the compensation based on the valued of linen price list.
Visiting hours from 6:00am -10:00pm daily and visitors must register follow the hotel’s regulation. Any additional guests after 10:00pm must follow the hotel’s policy of additional accompany and extra fee.
Hotel is not responsible for items lost or misplaced in the guest room. Safety box is available free of charge in each room for safekeeping of these items.
Extra fee will be applied for the accompany / extra person who exceed registered numbers upon check-in follow the hotel’s policy.

The airport transportation prices:
7 seats: VND 1,000,000 net per car per way (max 4 people)
16 seats: VND 1,500,000 net per car per way (max 10 people)

Sauberes Hotel mit Top Angebot und Service. In Vietnam in der Qualität eine Rarität - 10/10
Pros:

Tolle große saubere Zimmer mit eigener Küche. Klingt in der Beschreibung nach einer Art Airbnb Wohnung, aber ist tatsächlich ein Hotel und für Vietnamesische Verhältnisse ein excellentes. Die schönste Wohnung in den 2,5 Wochen Reise durch Vietnam, und wir haben immer Minimum 4 Sterne gebucht. Kann man nur empfehlen. Das Personal ist perfekt geschult und hilfsbereit. Das Restaurant "Cocotte" (französische Küche) ist excellent und trotz europäischer Küche unfassbar günstig. Die Pool, Spa und Fitnessbereiche können 24/7 benutzt werden. Alles ist in einwandfreiem Zustand.

Nous avons adoré notre séjour à Sila ! Accueil acec le sourire, le personnel très professionnel qui est au petit soin pour leurs clients, propreté, chambre refaite et nettoyée tous les jours ! La literie hyper confortable !

la piscine chaude parfaite, le spa génial avec jacuzzi, sauna et hammam - accessibke 24/24, très bien situé et au calme ! Superbe vue dégagée ! On y reviendra avec plaisir ! Merci encore à tout le personnel !

Very luxurious and comfortable stay.
Pros:

Very nice specious apartment in great location, lovely swimming pool, jacuzzi and sauna which were great during the breaks from sightseeing.

Cons:

Our apartment was on the 2nd floor facing Main Street and it was quite loud till late, as there are few bars and restaurants just next to the hotel. Live singing was finished at about 10:30pm, so not too bad, but very noisy chatter was annoying till late.
It wouldn’t stop me to stay again, but I would ask for a room higher up and ideally facing pool, more inside the building.

Too noisy during the night time.
Pros:

Neat and Clean.

Cons:

I stayed for one night. The window glass is not sound proof well. Loud musics and sounds from the nearby open bar made me difficult to sleep. It finally stopped at about 11:30pm. However another noisy situations started from 3:00am created by several tourist coaches parked nearby the hotel with people using noisy microphones continuously to guide the tourists. It stopped at about 5:30am when they had left. I lost the whole night sleep and it made me very tired the next day.

Schöne Unterkunft und tolle Lage - mit etwas Lärm
Pros:

Sehr schöne und große Zimmer sowie eine ansprechende Lobby, besonders mit guter Aussicht in den oberen Etagen. Die zentrale Lage ermöglicht vieles fußläufig zu erreichen. Freundliche, hilfsbereite Mitarbeitende und ein schöner Poolbereich mit Liegen.

Cons:

Am Montag ab 6 Uhr morgens gab es für rund zwei Stunden extrem laute Musik von einer nahegelegenen Schule, die selbst im 15. Stock deutlich hörbar war – Ausschlafen war trotz Ohrstöpseln und Noise-Cancelling-Kopfhörern nicht möglich (gemäss Mitarbeitern ist das jeden Montag so). Zudem war abends Lärm von den umliegenden Restaurants, Bars und vom Straßenverkehr zu hören.
