Pros:

The property is old and in need of upgrades and renovations. I had already prepaid for my stay and on check-in I was asked how I would like to pay for the stay.

ニズワの中心から南に3キロ強。交通不便そうだが、乗合タクシーに慣れると便利。とはいえ、車を有する旅行者向けか。部屋は値段の割にゴージャス。プールも付いている。タクシーチャーターを依頼したら、ルートの念押し、値段交渉までしてくれた。

Très agréable séjour.
Pros:

Une très agréable expérience. Le personnel de reception est très professionnel. Comme partout a Oman les gens sont d'une gentillesse exceptionnel. Je recommande vivement cette Hôtel pour un court séjour.

Quite and comfortable rooms. Plenty of parking. Restaurant is very poor and doesn't look clean. However, it is good hotel to stay for one or two nights.

Nous avons passé une nuit dans cet hôtel à Nizwa un peu loin du soir mais la voiture est indispensable. Buffet de petit dej correct, chambre correct mais trop cher pour ce que c’est. Hôtel basique, propre et ok pour une nuit.

Ok stay, too pricey
Pros:

It was a nice hotel but too pricey for the quality. The breakfast is ok. The location is ok as well. The pool is in the courtyard which does not allow sunshine during the entire day and the water is freezing.

Bestes Hotel unserer Oman Rundreise. Zimmer sehr groß und sehr sauber, Betten sehr bequem mit super sauberer Bettwäsche. Unser Zimmer ließ sich mehrfach nicht öffnen mit der Chipkarte, es kam immer umgehend ein Mitarbeiter zu Hilfe, der Hotelmanager zeigte uns bei einer dieser Gelegenheiten das gesamte Hotel z.B. die neuesten Umbauarbeiten eines Zimmers im alten, traditionellen Stil. Im zum Hotel gehörenden Restaurant haben wir 3 x ausgezeichnet und dazu noch günstig gegessen.

Hotel a 3 km dal souq e dal forte di Nizwa, su una strada principale molto rumorosa. Frequentato più che altro da gruppi. Camere standard, pulizia appena sufficiente, ma personale gentile.

Gut gelegenes Hotel, allerdings schon ziemlich in die Jahre gekommen. Frühstücksbuffet ist recht ordentlich. Es steigen dort viele Reisegruppen ab, was uns jedoch nicht gestört hat.

Sauberes Hotel wenige Autominuten vom Souk entfernt. Das Personal ist sehr zuvorkommend. Wir würden wieder kommen.

Very nice modern hotel with pool...only drawback is location which is a bit far from Nizwa Fort & Souk... however since you always have a car in Oman - Its ok. Very bad breakfast - cold food, low or no choices, being an arabic hotel - not a single arab dish like arab breads or hummus etc
