A wonderful 13-night stay with friendly, caring staff, delicious food at great prices.
Pros:

I stayed at Infinity8 for 13 nights and had a wonderful experience. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. The meals were delicious and offered at very reasonable prices. What I appreciated most was how willing the team was to listen to feedback. Whenever I raised an issue or suggested something that could be improved, the staff did their very best to resolve it and make my stay more comfortable. Their kindness, care, and willingness to help made a real difference to my experience.

Cons:

There were a few things that could be improved, but what impressed me most was that whenever I raised a concern, the staff listened and did their best to fix it. Their positive attitude and responsiveness made me feel valued as a guest.

Pros:

Location is the best part.

Cons:

If you are going to stay there don’t forget to carry your own shampoo, conditional and lotion. They don’t have in the room. I would have appreciated if they could have changed my bed sheet as my period leaked while sleeping and got stain on the sheet.Unfortunately I haven’t taken any photos of mentioned feedback.

Pros:

Good sized room, hotel was clean and the pool was nice.

Cons:

Unfortunately, I was unable to get a good night’s sleep. A large tour group arrived shortly after midnight and were practically shouting in the lobby, which I could clearly hear from my room. As they walked to their rooms, there was also significant noise outside my door.

I tried calling reception and the duty manager, but there was no answer. While I understand that the arrival of a large group may not be entirely within the hotel’s control, the hotel should have managed it more considerately for other guests. If large late-night groups are expected, they could be allocated rooms further from the entrance and reminded to keep noise to a minimum.

I raised this with the front desk, who apologised and acknowledged they had received the same complaint before relating to the same tour operator. They said they had spoken to the tour agent, but this does not address the fact that the issue appears to be recurring. The hotel needs to take more proactive action to prevent its other guests being disturbed, particularly when groups arrive late at night and reception cannot be reached.

Pros:

Gym is good, breakfast fine and price quality unbeatable. Rooms are big and beds are comfortable. Transport to Canna beachclub great as the beach is not near.

Cons:

Staat van onderhoud kamer had beter gekund, niet echt 4 sterren gevoel maar prijs kwaliteit is erg goed. We hadden ook connecting rooms en dit is een voordeel met kinderen.

A képeken szebb a szálloda, mint a valóságban, de alvás, a sziget felfedezése szempontjából jó.
Pros:

A szálláson a szoba megfelelő méretű, amennyiben csak alvásra használod. A lift jól működik, a recepciósok, de a teljes személyzet is kedves. A masszőr hölgy nagyon jó, egy hátmasszázsra fizettünk be, kellően erős masszázst kaptunk.

Cons:

A szállás főút mellett van, ami zajossá teszi. A szomszédságában épülő házak, illetve régebbi lakások, akik némely este zajosak, így ablaknyitás nem mindig jó. A szálloda szebb fotókon, mint a valóságban.
