Ayvalık a layık bir karşılama ile konaklamamız başladı tüm personel güler yüzlü ve ilgiliydi.

Par contre ils nous en fait payé deux cafés americano demandé lors du petit déjeuner. Énorme erreur car a priori ils doivent nous préciser que c’est un extra et en plus c’était cher.

Die Unterkunft liegt sehr zentral.
Der Aussenbereich mit Pool sehr schön gemacht.
Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber nur das Badezimmer könnte etwas helleres Licht vertragen.
Das Personal ist sehr zuvorkommend.😊
Ich würde für einen weiteren Aufenthalt wieder gehen.

Hem Cunda merkezde hem de Cunda’nın gece gürültülü yaşamından uzak, mükemmel bahçesinde huzur. Olabileceğiniz bir yer. 2-3 dk yürüme ile Cunda’nın içindeki tüm lokantalara ulaşabiliyorsunuz. Taş bir Konak ve bence mimarisi çok güzel, çalışanlar Güler yüzlü. Kahvaltısı için yetersiz düye yorumlar okumuştum ama ben beğendim. Çok çeşit vardı sadece peyniri bana az geldi çünkü ben çok peynir seven biriyim. İsteyince de zaten bana ek peynir tabağı getirdiler. Sıcak pili ve börekleri de harikaydı. Otelin sea resort Beach ile anlaşması var. Oraya ücretsiz gidebiliyorsunuz. Sahil de çok güzeldi. Yine olsa yüne gelirim dediğim bir konaklama yaşadım.

Hotel çalışanları cok güler yüzlü hotel konforlu kesinlikle tavsiye ederim cok güzel bir haftasonu tatili yaşadım

5-8 Aralik 2019 tarihleri arasinda esimin dogumgunu icin Cunda’da bulunan Ziyabey Konagi’nda konakladik. Otelin dokusu, ambiyansi, calisanlarin guleryuzlulugu ile basta hersey cok guzeldi. Kahvaltisi oldukca basarili ve lezzetli, haftasonu sehirden uzaklasip kafa dinlemek, dinlenmek icin mukemmel bir secimdi. Ancak Cumartesi gecesi hem esimin dogumgunu olmasi hem de ertesi gun araba ile yola cikacak olmamiz bakimindan dinlenmemiz gereken son gecemizdi ve ne yazik ki hemen karsi odamizda konaklayan kendini bilmez musteriler sebebiyle cehenneme donustu. Sabaha karsi 2,5 ila 6.00 sulari arasinda bitmek bilmeyen kavga, kufur, hakaret, bagrisma, asiri yuksek sesle konusup odadaki mobilyalara vurmak suretiyle surekli bir rahatsizlik verme halindeydi diger musteriler. Biraz zaman verip ardindan seslerin tum koridoru inlettigi, oyle ki hemen yani basimizdaki odadaymiscasina tum konusulanlari duyabilecegimiz gurultu devam ettikce, arttikca otelin gece mudurune durumu bildirdik. Buna ragmen otel yetkilisi sikayetimizden 20/25 dk sonra olaya mudahale etti, kisa suren bir sessizlik ardindan ozellikle kadin musterinin bagrismalari, kufurleri devam etti, ertesi gun araba ile yola cikip İstanbul’a 5 saatlik yol yapacak bir sofor olarak hic dinlenemedim. Her ne kadar otel bizi ellerinden geldigince iyi agirlamis olsa da bu asiri rahatsizlik veren durumu cozemedi, olan son konaklama gecemize oldu ve oldukca tatsiz bir sekilde seyahatimizi sonlandirdik. Otelin elinde olmayan sebeplerle de olsa

Avoid driving to this hotel - the streets are incredibly narrow and dangerous, and there's only street parking, if you're lucky.
No big problems with the hotel, but we ran into several minor annoyances:
* Check-in staff was rude/clueless, they kept asking me for ID, even though I hadn't properly parked yet and was asking for directions on parking ASAP.
* We were given no absolutely information during check-in (breakfast times, "we have a pool", nothing of the sort)
* No hair conditioner (?!)
* Smoking was allowed in the indoor breakfast area. A person (apparently related to the owner) was smoking non-stop, without regard to the several children and babies nearby.
* Cleaning staff barged into our room without knocking, looked taken aback and said "sorry, I thought you'd checked out".

Breakfast was alright. Staff were accommodating of a couple one-off requests we made.

This is a lovely hotel in a lovely island, Cunda. The hotel has a central location. The hotel provides you complimentary water which is nice. Breakfast was very average. The rooms were not cleaned everyday unless you ask for it. They do not have tables in the rooms. It is really hard to sleep if you keep your windows open. Stuff starts working by 5 am. They eventually wake you up. Also, we had a problem with noise at 2 nights. One of the stuff member was watching a TV at the garden at 1am.

It is a nice place to stay but very over-price for what they offer.

There is no printer facilities at the hotel. I also cut my feet during my stay in the hotel. But they did not emergency medical kit. The stuff also was not very helpful to provide assistance. The manager was a nice person but the rest of the team was not very helpfull. We were not welcomed in our check-in. We had to carry our luggages to the room by ourself.

Otelden memnun kaldık, misafirperverlikleri sayesinde kendimizi evimizde gibi hissettik.

Çok güzel konumda olan Konak’ta çok iyi karşılandık, çok memnun kaldık.

If what you are looking for is a gateway with either family or friends in a historic island full of local amenities (museums, boat tours, nature reserve, secluded beaches etc.), then Ziyabey Konagi is the perfect place to anchor your holiday adventure. Set in a recently renovated traditional stone building, this boutique hotel offers one of the very best services at Cunda. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful in suggesting you things to do with companies that have previously received great feedback from visitors. Huseyin Bey will make sure to update you on these, but here is a quick list: For a beach experience try Sobe; boat tours Sezen is the best as it is not crowded with rowdy teenagers; for some cultural tourism, walk around the cobble stone streets, visit the Koc museums, for beer Orman pub, for wine Vino wine house, for a delicious meal and an Aegean experience the Moshos Tavern, and finally for traditional Turkish music the Cunda Fasil restaurant. The breakfast at the hotel is to die for and plus you will receive free coffee/tea/soft drinks 24/7. Overall, this was one of the best holidays I have ever had...
