Villa Split Heritage Hotel

The rooms are amazing. So cute and quaint. Close to hustle and bustle but not on the main plaza. Staff was so friendly. By far the friendliest of anywhere I’ve been in Europe or US. Breakfast was included and was cooked to order from from select list of options. Highly recommend!

Having traveled extensively, I can confidently say that this hotel is unparalleled. The staff provided truly exceptional service and the location is perfect.

Upon our arrival in Split, we found ourselves disoriented and unable to locate the hotel. We called for assistance, and a staff member promptly came to our aid, even carrying our luggage across the city and then ascending four flights of stairs with our two 32kg cases. Similarly, at check-out, a different staff member carried our luggage down, assisted us across the city, and waited with us until our transfer arrived.

The hotel itself was impeccably clean and thoughtfully equipped with every amenity one could desire. It possesses a very stylish aesthetic and a most pleasant ambiance.

Breakfast was a delightful experience, offering a continental selection along with the option to choose a cooked breakfast item. Although fried eggs were not listed on the menu, the staff graciously prepared them for us.

We highly recommend and we would definitely return.

The staff was incredibly friendly and the service was excellent. The breakfast offering is also very good.

We stayed in the Annex of the Hotel. The room provided all the necessary comfort including controllable air conditioning. The breakfasts were amazing with a great choice. The staff of Ivona, Zoran, Jakov and Kika were extremely helpful, friendly and respectful and nothing was too much trouble. All spoke perfect English. We were no more than ten minutes from any of the sites, restaurants, bars and the waterfront. A perfect location. The room was very clean with beautiful stone walls dating back to aprox 15 century giving it a great feel. We would return to this hotel in a heartbeat. Graham & Sandy Brighton

Beautiful room and wonderful staff!!

We had a wonderful stay! From the moment Zoran met us and graciously helped us with our luggage to the moment we checked out, we had a great experience. The hotel is beautifully decorated and the A/C worked perfectly. Our suite and the entire hotel was immaculate. There was a huge selection offered at breakfast as well as made to order omelets. Jakov, Zoron and the entire staff were very friendly. The hotel is also located in the heart of the city. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a truly boutique hotel experience!

The location was excellent, the room was beautiful and breakfast was very nice. The staff was very nice, Luka was especially endearing and helpful with restaurant suggestions and the best place for an gelato and helped us with our heavy luggage, we really appreciated that. Since the hotel is in the pedestrian only section, the hotel has dedicated parking in a parking garage which worked out very smoothly.

We had a wonderful time at Villa Split Heritage Hotel. The property is beautiful and the staff are warm and helpful and friendly. Their breakfast is outstanding. We enjoyed our experiences there and highly recommend it! You will not be disappointed!

Nous avons suivi les recommandations pour les restaurants et nous avons été séduits. Le petit déjeuner est très simple avec des produits frais.

Great location

The service, attention to detail, quality, and impeccable recommendations were outstanding. Zoran and Ivona made our stay that much more enjoyable with thier kindness and bright smiles.

Room #4 was well appointed and comfortable for three adult females. Breakfast was included and there were plenty of hot and cold choices. With the hot choices being made at your request.

If choosing this hotel you should be aware that it is noisy at night and there is no elevator. However, these were minor inconveniences and should not weigh heavily on your decision to stay.

The hotel's location is ideal for exploring the Old City. Staff greets you at the taxi drop off area and walks you and your luggage the short distance to the hotel. We had a 5am departure our last day and, Christiaan, the night security clerk carried our luggage down the 4 floors, escorted us to the pick up point, and waited till we were safely on our way.

My travel companions and I are well traveled and would consider Heritage Villa Split to be an excellent choice.

Wonderful hotel right just off the main square in old town. Staff was fabulous- very friendly and helpful.

The loacation of the hotel was perfect, right in the middle of everything.
