Saigon Ban Me Hotel

Excellent accueil; très grande chambre confortable; excellent petit déjeuner buffet.

This was a Business trip and unfortunately i had several meeting which were done on Zoom , but due to the very week internet inside the room i had to have my room door opened and set up a chair near the door. I spoke with staff at the counter but nothing was done about it.

It needs renovation of room....fumitutes and carpet are very dirty

Stayed 2 nights. Staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel needs a makeover. Got to our room and the carpet was filthy. Cigarette burns, food stains and completely worn out. Requested a different room but it was as bad as the first room. Carpet in the hallways have huge holes. Cannot believe that ownership overlooks these things.

Great size. Large rooms. The place needs some updating of carpets. Also some of the pool was under renovation. Great location. Once they finish’s updating this hotel, it will be a great place to stay.
The breakfast selection was a bit limited compared to other similar hotels.

Located right next to the Victory Monument, the hotel provides good view and is close to many interesting places in town, such as the Sacred Heart Cathedral, Buon Ma Thuot's main market, the Buon Ma Thuot book lane and so on. But its lift is slow, the room interior looks old and the breakfast buffet quality is average, which is all below expectation. The hotel owner(s) shall carry out a special upgrade of the facilities as soon as possible.

The hotel has a great location in the city center and close to places but the hotel is rundown. The carpet in the hallways was so dirty and old. The bath tub was very moldy. The breakfast was ok for Vietnamese but not much variety for Westerners. The hotel should rate 2.5 stars instead of 4
Only one elevator was working during our time staying there so it took forever to get up/ down specially when the hotel had wedding guests.There is a church across from the hotel so the bell ring around 4:30 in the morning every day.
I would stay here again because of location, reasonable price and one of the big hotel in BMT

This hotel is not qualified for 4 stars hotel, the conditions of the hotel qualified for 2-3 stars

This is a big hotel beside Muong Thanh in BMT and this location has better location and price compared to the other hotel so I would stay here again because of that

Hotel is in good location and easy to find. Good parking garage. Very nice staff and many of the staff speaks English. We had big room in 14th floor. Room was clean and bed comfortable. Pillow was hard like an rock. People smoke all over the hotel. Our "non smoking" room get smell when people smoke in outside of the room.
Everything was worn-out...

This is probably in the top hotel options in town (Other would be Muong Thanh, Dam San, and nearby Hai Ba Trung Hotel). It is in the center of the city.
Upkeeping & facility is at basic only. Non-appealing pool. Rooms was not good at sound-proof, even worse that my room get the noise due to window leak that I could not sleep and need to change the room at midnight!

It seems the hotel has seen better days. The facilities are there: there is a pool and gym, but neither seemed appealing, rooms were ok, air condition worked, but there was a bad smell in the bathroom, everything looked a little tatty. There were great views from the window, but part lights aimed to our room as well. Breakfast was not great nor was the coffee. Maybe symptoms of a regional town.

This place is very a good location. Near by market, a lot of store, central of down town

I stayed two nights there on August 16-18. All checked in and checked out were smooth with friendly staff and bellboys. My room 1107 on the 11 floor was spacious and clean. These room provided nice spectacular view around green city. Dinner time on August 16 night at top 16th floor restaurant was delicious but very noisy sound disturbing us due to staff party at that night. Hotel was aging but renovated and clean. Breakfast on August 17&18 morning were acceptable. Only problems there were very bright sunshine penetration on bed due to early sunrise around 5:15 am and loudly praying from church.

Tôi đã đặt 2 phòng và ở 4 đêm tại KS. Khi trả phòng và đã lên taxi để ra sân bay thì nhân viên KS gọi điện thoại báo 1 phòng đã mở tem chai rượu... Tôi quay taxi lại ngay vì hoàn toàn chắc chắn rằng chúng tôi không động đến nó!!! Sau khi tranh luận, tôi đã trả 420K (~20$) cho cái mà mình không làm vì chúng tôi không thể lỡ chuyến bay.
Đương nhiên, không khi nào check in phòng mà tôi hoặc bạn lại kiểm tra tem trong một chai rượu đặt trong một cái hộp (!) Chúng tôi rất không hài lòng với việc này và cảm thấy như mình bị lừa.
Các khách nghỉ tại Saigon-Ban Me cần lưu ý cái bẫy này để tránh sự bực mình và mất tiền không đáng.

Everything is good, nice view, this location is in center of city. Restaurant, massage, tour agent is included this hotel.

We spent 3 nights in this hotel. It is the must staying hotel in Buon Me Thuot city with beautiful views. From the hotel’s room, you can see a beautiful church, the culture center.... The hotel is located in the center of the city, so it is so near to some destinations, such as: Buon Me Thuot’s museum, Trung Nguyen coffee village, coffee museum. The room is so big with luxury bath room, dining room, and bedroom. The service is good with friendly and professional staff. There is one thing that we don’t like: breakfast is poor with the same menu, food is so bad. But if you don’t like hotel’s breakfast, you can go out to try local food as: “bun do”, “bun rieu” (around 100m -200m from the hotel)

Nice location... good foods at the buffet.... bathroom look nice n clean.... the floor wasnt that clean , had some stains but great view from the top floors...

It was a nice hote where I’ve been stayed, the location was so good.
Me and my family had a very comfortable feeling during our 2 nights here. We got a large room with pillows and beds- connecting together. Wifi was working well. The breakfast buffet has a large variety of well cooked.
Would highly recommend for hotel.

Recommend for next time

Two days in Buon Ma Thuot for an expo and meetings and we were delighted with the hotel room and facilities. Large room, very comfortable bed, eady to use TV and excellent, fast internet.
Bathroom was also large but shower in bathtub was no problem but could be for some. Breakfast was good with plenty of variety for Western tastes.
