Hôtel bien placé mais ne mérite pas 4 étoiles. Très mauvais rapport qualité prix

L’emplacement et le parking privé

Cons:

Les équipements vétustes. La chasse d’eau n’évacuait pas et malgré mes réclamations n’a jamais fonctionné pendant 2 jours nous obligeant à remplir la poubelle d’eau pour la jeter dans les WX. Ce qui n’est pas digne d’un 4 étoiles

Würde wieder dort buchen
Pros:

Ich hatte eine Suite gebucht. Größe super. Alles da was man braucht. Minibar war erste Füllung kostenlos. Frühstück vielfältig. Der Ausblick war nicht schön allerdings kann man das bei der Buchung angeben ob man in den Hinterhof oder auf den Marktplatz schauen möchte, wurde leider nicht gefragt. War nur eine Nacht Gast, wenn ich länger geblieben wäre hätte ich ein anderes Zimmer gewollt.

Zweckmäßiger Aufenthalt.
Pros:

Ruhiges Zimmer, gute Produkte beim Frühstück.

Cons:

Sehr verwinkelter Weg auf dunklem Gang zum Frühstücksraum via lärmige Küche.
Langer Weg zum Zimmer. Dort Schrankzür verklemmt und mühsam zu öffnen.

Super Unterkunft für den Besuch der Staatsoper und einen Einkaufsbummel
Pros:

Der extrem freundliche Empfang, und die Möglichkeit das Auto direkt neben dem Hotel in einer Tiefgarage zu parkieren.
Gut bestücktes Frühstücksbuffet. Wir werden wieder kommen, wenn wir die Staatsoper besuchen werden, welche in wenigen Minuten zu Fuss erreichbar ist.

Erholsame Tage zu Zweit
Pros:

Es war wieder einmal perfekt!
Das Personal an der Rezeption und beim Frühstück waren sehr nett und hilfsbereit, es ist ihnen nichts zu viel.

Das Zimmer 103 ist ein Traum! Viel Platz, gemütliches Bett und die Badewanne toll. Der Ausblick auf den Markplatz ist ebenfalls super. Abends sieht man das beleuchtende Schloss.

Perfekt ist auch das Hotel-Parkhaus, welches nur ein paar Meter entfernt ist.

Zum Entspannen lädt der WellnessBereich ein. Eine Sauna, Dampfsauna, sowie Ruhebereich mit Dusche ist sehr ansprechend gestaltet. Wir nutzen ihn jedes Mal sehr gerne.
